There has been a continual issue with randomly selected mail postmarked for delivery to The Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic at 785 Russell Street being returned to the sender. I have addressed the issue with the post office 4 times. The Post Master assures me that there are no active forwards or delivery blocks for mail being sent to 785 Russell Street. The Post Master has also addressed the issue with the USPS division responsible for address changes. However, there appears to be a problem within their computer system internally. If you receive notification from anyone who has received returned mail that was addressed to TMHMC, please ask them to either forward a copy of the returned envelope to me or ask them to physically take the envelope to the post office and show it to the post master. Together we may be able to ascertain if the problem is with the title of the addressee at 785 Russell. There are 4 ways to address the clinic: TMHMC TMH Medical Clinic The Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic The Memorial Hospital MC We must eliminate the possibility that the mail being returned is actually being addressed as “The Memorial Hospital”. Please let me know if you have questions concerning this email. I appreciate all of you help with this matter.
