2 ABOUT Danielle Nicole handbags fuse runway inspiration and real life accessibility in a feminine, chic and contemporary way. The brand represents a fresh twist on classic styling and incorporates detailed custom hardware and exclusive materials from all around the world. Danielle Nicole was founded by Designer and Creative Director Danielle DiFerdinando, who began her journey in the fashion industry at the age of 18. While attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, her passion led her to study abroad in Europe where she apprenticed with several major high-end design houses. Upon returning, Danielle put her new insider’s view of the design and manufacturing process to work by designing, constructing and, of course, wearing her own handbags. It was during her internship at Bergdorf Goodman that her talent was first noticed. The cosmetic buyer was impressed by Danielle’s work and asked her to create a line of cosmetic bags for the store. The rest, as they say, is history. Before long, Danielle was designing complete leather collections for Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and Lane Crawford. Danielle’s incredible journey continues. DiFerdinando was named one of Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 for 2015, and in June of 2015, Danielle Nicole Jewelry launched — Selling out in the first collection. The line incorporates Danielle’s signature style — jewelry that is modern, easily layerable and ones that act as classic wardrobe staples. Never taking her success for granted, Danielle is committed to giving back. The lines incorporate delicate chains for easy layering, and custom molded motifs for a modern and feminine look. The jewelry pays tribute to the Danielle Nicole brand esthetic, featuring similar hardware, materials, and color story to her handbag collection. The collections will feature unique semi-precious stones including white Howlite, Unikite, Line Rhodonite, Black Agate, Lapis / Sodalite, clean lines and new unique modern and contemporary shapes. The collection retails for under $100. Designing jewelry was a seamless transition for Danielle DiFerdinando, the designer behind Danielle Nicole handbags. Beginning with Spring 2016, Danielle Nicole jewelry will be licensed by costume jewelry and fashion accessories company, International Inspirations. Founded in 2005 by Mandy and Shaya O, TH E O PR AH MAGA ZI N E July 2015 Reiter, International Inspirations owns fashion jewelry brands including Noir and Luxe Accessories. “This is our next step in building a lifestyle brand for Danielle Nicole”, explains President and Creative Director, Danielle DiFerdinando. “Mandy and Shaya understand my vision and encourage my creative process”. Danielle Nicole will show four collections of jewelry throughout the year.
