The rules to be used will be
“Rules for kite acrobatic competition”
version 3.21 of 2015-01-02

In competitions at Weifang were compulsory figures are to
be flown of the five given here three will be selected on
competition day, or the day before.
Information about formats, time and date and other
information about the competition will be send to
competitors directly and/or placed on the website mentioned
above not later than 30 days before the competition.

Description
• IN : all kites at about ^4 ; firts kite at >30; last kite at <10
• kites start flying upwards simultaneously
a figure eight with a width of about 15 deg, height of about 40 deg
during the whole figure all kites form a horizontal formation
after flying the eight and returning at the original height kites fly about 8
deg before performing a two point landing simultaneously
• OUT : after all kites finished the two point landings

• IN : all kites on a horizontal at about ^5 , first at about >30
• kites turn in turn sharply upwards at <35
then kites spread out first at about ^10, last at about ^50,
all kites turn simultaneously into a downward diagonal (to the right
• returning at the horizontal at ^5 all kites turn simultaneously, sharply to
the left
all kites stay evenly spread
• OUT : after the last kite reaches >15 kites

• IN : all kites on a horizontal at about ^10, spread over 50°, first kite at
about >5
• when the first kite reaches >30 all kites turn 90° sharply upwards
• at about ^35 all kites turn left to start flying a square, size about 15°
(starting with the top side)
• all kites stay evenly spread
• OUT : after all kites finished the square and have flown about 5°
vertically

about <15
• when the first kite reaches center window all kites turn 45° sharply
upwards
• at about ^25 all kites turn left to start flying -part of- a circle size about
10°
• after -part of- the circle the kites fly downwards on a 45° angle.
• at ^10 kites turn into horizontal flight; last kite turns at center window
• OUT : after all kites have flown about 15° horizontally

• IN : all kites on a vertical at about <35; first kite at about ^40
• when the first kite reaches ^50 the kite turns 90°, flies a short horizontal
and then turns downwards
• each kite in turn makes the same moves until all kites fly downwards at
the sam time forming a diagonal line
• at about ^10 the kites turn left into a horizontal; the first kite first. The
other kites follow after nr. 1 in the original order
• OUT : after the first kite reaches >50

• IN : all kites on a horizontal line at ^5, last kite at <60, flying forward
• with the first kite at <10, the last at <45
all kites start flying half a circle, while the kites stay in an upright position
the kites stay in a radial line, pointing towards 0^5,
so the reach top and right horizontal stretch at the same time
and fly on forward on that horizontal at ^5
• OUT : when the first kite reaches >60

• IN : when all kites are standing, first at <5, last one at <45
• simultaneously all kites fly the following figure:
after 10° upward flight the kites fly half a circle
all on the same height (^10) width 30°, while turning 180°
back at ^10 a stretch of 30°, sideways,
followed by another half circle, 180° turning and a 10° downward stretch

• IN : kites standing on a wingtip, first one at <>0, last one at <45
• after launch kites fly up diagonally till they reach simulteneously the top
diagonal line (line from about >30^25 till <>0^50), adjusting speed
they all fly towards the <>0^50 (side-ways) where each kite in turn turns
180° c.c.w.
when the originally last kite reaches <30^25 all kites start a diagonal
downwards stretch, flying sideways
• all kites land simulteneously on a wingtip, leading edge facing down
• OUT : after landing

Description
• IN : kite at <15 in upright position
• Kite flies straight upwards, followed by a half circle
to reach >15, and then down to about ^20 all in upright position
this is followed by flying a circle (towards center window) of size 20°
while flying the circle the kite itself turns evenly 360° too (backwards
flying)
after the circle the kite flies down backwards and land at >15
