Overview
Vendmaster is a complete and fully integrated business
suite for vending organizations. It has been designed
with three principles in mind:
Simplicity. Vendmaster is easy to use. Wherever
possible, tasks are done automatically by the system.
The right information is at the right place. Setup can be
done almost automatically.
Performance. Vendmaster is powerful enough to
handle even the largest data volumes. This is why it is
making use of the Microsoft SQL Server System.
Beauty. We believe that business software should be
beautiful to look at. This is why we invested heavily in
the Vendmaster user interface. However, we know that
aesthetics are a personal matter. This is why we are

Machine Management
Vending companies usually have a large number of

do that in an efficient way.
Take the machine rollout as an example. Once a
contract is signed a number of tasks need to be done.
Create assembly order, assign the machines to a
transport order and create installation orders. With

Even before signing a contract you know its predicted
result. Simply because Vendmaster takes all the data
that is available in the system and combines it. An
example: Based on past service orders Vendmaster
knows how often a certain machine type is likely to
break and how much each incident costs. This data is
then taken to calculate the predicted service cost for
a given quote.

Operating Management
This is where you manage your operators, service
teams, tour plans and the like. This module is split in the
planning and the execution area.
In the planning part operator tour plans are set up and
optimized.

execution
part
operators
are
provided with their daily tours and their progress is
monitored online on the map based operator dispatch
board.
The integrated operator control let you analyse the
operator’s performance. Do the readout patterns
match their working time? Do they stick to the
(optimized) order? Vendmaster provides answers.

why we have included a call centre solution. Totally
integrated.
The idea is simple: You define on each customer site if
and how often you want to call for refill products.
Assigning a dedicated sales agent helps to build better
relationships with your customers.
Vendmaster manages all outgoing calls to the right
sales agent and displays them in the sales cockpit. This
is where your sales agents start their day. If available
Vendmaster uses your integrated telephone system to
dial you customer automatically.

We believe that simplicity is the key to success. Not only
in the application but also in the way you bring it to
your organization.
This is why we have invented a number of efficiency
tools. Just to make sure you are up and running in no
time. Here is what you can expect:

We provide you with different base data sets that
include charts of accounts, posting setup, number
series, customers groups and others. There are sets
for different types of companies to choose from.
You may use a whole set, parts of it or record the
data manually.

For your operational data like machines, customers,
contracts, sites and others we will provide you standard Excel sheets. You fill in the data and import it
within a few seconds. All data is then automatically
checked for consistency

Once all the data is imported we run the fully
automatic data check and correct any issues that
come to the surface. By the way: you can run the
data check anytime you like – we call this function
“application health”.

Training is provided in two steps.
First you get a general introduction to Vendmaster
and training on how to navigate in the application.
Once you know the basic things you can use the
integrated e-learning platform called “Mentor”.
We provide you with training sets for all basic
topics. However, you can add your very own
training sessions .
