Sky Stool is a comprehensive series of stools that
are applicable in many areas of commercial facilities,
especially geared to clinics and laboratories.
The generous 16" seat cushion can be upholstered in Siliform®,
Keilhauer’s patented process for using silicone as an upholstery
material. In addition, both the seat cushion and the backrest can be
upholstered in any Keilhauer textile, leather, vinyl or COM and COL.
Sky Stools are available with:
•Fixed, 4-leg base in chrome
•Aluminum or black caster base, with soft-wheel caster option
•3 stool heights
•Optional adjustable back
•Optional foot activation ring, or lab stool foot ring

Adjustable Back
The Sky Stool with adjustable back can
be adapted to many situations. The back can be
used as a traditional backrest for lumbar support,
but the cutout spaces allow a user to turn and
straddle the stool, using the backrest as an arm
support when leaning forward.
Siliform®
Siliform is a patented process that uses silicone as an upholstery.
In health care environments, and other public spaces where infection
control is important, Siliform is the ideal upholstery because it is inert,
impermeable to fluids, inherently flame retardant, does not off-gas, and
does not support microbial growth. It can be cleaned easily with soap
and water and yet withstand the harshest of hospital grade cleaners.
Available in 8 standard colors (shown below).
For large quantities (300 pieces per order), custom colors are available.
