Vendella does not charge freight fees on any priority order regardless of the dollar
value or quantity. We do have a $2.95 handling fee on every invoice and that’s it!
Some over size items may incur a manufacturer delivery fee, please ask us.

30 day guarantee
Vendella offers a 30 day product return policy. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you can return it for credit within 30 days from purchase. This excludes
furniture and goods must be returned in as dispatched condition.
Discounts
Please contact customer service to discuss your needs and prices as discounts for
bulk quantities apply on many items. We are happy to help.

Our most popular freight option brings your parcel to you quickly and
free! 2-3 working days nationwide, we have you covered.
No minimum order value – Does not include furniture.

Overnight Pace
Need your parcel urgently? We have an option to suit you also.
Our Overnight Pace delivery service is as it sounds, overnight delivery
nationwide to any metro area.
Price is quoted job by job, $15.00 minimum charge. Excludes Sundays.

Rural Run
If your address is a little further out, we’ll make sure that’s
no difficulty. We cover your RD address at no extra charge
although please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

is the result of our many years of servicing hotel
operations. The big wheel Structofoam chassis
allows for movement inside or out if necessary, not

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No.
We will dispatch orders of any size, large or small.*
What will the freight charge be?
We do not charge freight on any order. This excludes larger items to rural areas such
as beds etc but you will be notified. Every invoice carries a $2.95 in-house handling
fee excluding back orders.
Can I order samples?
Yes! All samples are charged unless otherwise notified. Credits for returned samples
are issued upon receipt back to Vendella International. See below.
What if I don’t like the product I receive?
We have a 30 day money back policy.
If the product is returned within 30 days, in the condition it was sent, we will credit
you 100%
How long will it take to get here?
South Island delivery - one day, excluding rural delivery.
North Island delivery - two days, excluding rural delivery.
