Fieldays Breeds Guide 1 Entry Guide Tractor Pull A MYSTERY CREEK EVENT ESTABLISHED BY 2016 New Zealand National Agricultural Fieldays® | Mystery Creek, Hamilton, New Zealand 15 – 18 June Fieldays® Tractor Pull Entry Guide 3 Competition format and terms and conditions Fieldays Weight Adjusted Competition By entering the Fieldays® Tractor Pull competition, you are automatically registering for both the Weight Adjusted and Weight Transfer competitions. If you do not have a standard tractor but a pre–85 or modified, you will need to enter the Modified Tractors Competition. The competition heats will be held at Fieldays 15 - 18 June with the finals taking place on Saturday 18 June 2016 at approx. 2pm. In order to enter the WA competition, your tractor must not weigh more than 15 tonnes. 2. If your tractor is over 220hp you will not be eligible for the WA, however you will take part in the full WT Modified Tractors competition and be eligible for the prize pack on offer. As you arrive the Tractor Pull arena will be directly in front of you with parking wardens directing you to the right. You will not need a ticket to enter Fieldays on Tuesday afternoon. You will however require a pass from Wednesday morning. Each entrant will receive 1 x 4 day pass and 2 x 1 day complimentary passes. Reporting times Drivers will be forwarded reporting times for the Tuesday practise (first time entrant) and for the Wednesday and Thursday heats. Those reaching the semi-finals and finals will be notified on the Tractor Competition noticeboard of reporting times for Saturday. Failure to arrive at the competition area by the reporting time will result in disqualification. Tractors Each driver in the competition must have their own tractor. Tractors may not be swapped between drivers. Drivers may not share a tractor. All drivers must have a current and valid drivers licence to produce if required. Entries are limited to 60 standard class competitors. Tractors must stay on site from Tuesday afternoon, in the allocated Tractor Pull park. Sponsorship Competitors are encouraged to seek any form of sponsorship to assist with transport costs, entry fees, accommodation etc. Sponsors can be acknowledged by signs, stickers, flags etc. on their own entrant’s tractor. Please check with Fieldays that there is no sponsorship conflict, email your sponsors list to lynnbr@fieldays.co.nz Entry fees and payment options An entry fee must be paid before Fieldays is able to confirm you as an entrant in the Fieldays Tractor Pull competition. The earlybird entry fee, for entries received up to and including 15 May 2016, is $120. All earlybird entrants will receive a Driver Pack. Entries received after 15 May 2016 will be required to pay the full entry fee of $150 (incl GST). TRACTOR PULL Upon receiving your application form, you will be sent an entry fee form outlining the different options for payment. Please note, if you are entering as a Modified Tractor you will not need to pay an entry fee, however you will need to submit an entry form. B59 B57 B55 The deadline for earlybird entries is 15 May 2016. Disqualification N7 N9 N11 N13 It is an instant disqualification if an entrant and/or their supporters bring alcohol into Fieldays.
