its backdrop, Vegas mixes a breathtaking

Style/Ambiance: Culinary history was made when legendary chef
Joël Robuchon opened his first fine dining restaurant in the United States.
Featuring traditional French cuisine in a elegant setting reminiscent of
1930s Paris, guests can taste the fare of a culinary icon who has won more
Michelin stars than any other chef in the world. Delights include lobster in
a sealed cocotte, sautéed veal chop with natural jus, and French hen with
roasted foie gras. With photos of Joël Robuchon and his celebrity diners
adorning the restaurant walls, guests will be in excellent company at this

Home of the $10,000 Ono cocktail, XS is as impressive as it is excessive.
Thought to be the most expensive club ever built, costing in the range of
$100 million, the venue is inspired by the sensual curves of the human body.
The illuminated outdoor pool and island bar will amaze even the most seasoned
clubber, while the 95 indoor VIP tables and 30 VIP cabanas cater to the club’s
many ultra-affluent patrons. Elegant chandeliers, gold-leaf female torsos
and a large circular dance floor complement the club’s extravagant design,
setting the scene for the glamorous, discerning crowd who grace the venue.
For a truly elite experience, sip on the Ono cocktail which combines Louis XIII
black pearl cognac, Charles Heidseck’s 1981 Champagne Charlie, orange juice,
apricot puree and rose nectar to very costly effect. Served in jewel-encrusted
champagne glasses with a complimentary 18-karat Tahitian black pearl
necklace and 18-karat gold genuine stingray leather Mont Blanc cufflinks, the
Ono cocktail is a symbol of lavish excess synonymous with Las Vegas.

Why we love it: Named in honor of Roman general Julius Caesar, the
lavish Caesars Palace Las Vegas lives up to the majesty and brilliance of
its namesake. Offering opulent accommodations, decadent restaurants
and world-class entertainment, the gem in the hotel’s crown is the
phenomenally grand Spanish Villa. One of three culturally themed suites
built with the ultra affluent in mind, the villa has all the amenities suited
to those who are accustomed to a superior level of luxury. Named after
Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius, the villa’s lavish interiors are inspired
by Old World design with vaulted barrel ceilings, marble floors and stone
archways. The Spanish Villa living room features a cozy, imported marble
double-sided fireplace and grand piano, custom carved Adler pool table
and a media room complete with wood and suede walls. Modern amenities
perfectly complement the traditional décor, with extras including a private

“Get an early start with breakfast at Bouchon, Thomas Keller’s
renowned French Bistro located in the Venezia Tower at the Venetian
Resort-Hotel-Casino. For those who prefer a more casual morning
meal, I recommend The Grand Lux Café, the Venetian’s 24-hour casual
dining venue. Following breakfast, see a different side to Las Vegas and
take a private tour of the impressive Hoover Dam before heading back
to the Strip to spend the rest of the day at The Grand Canal Shoppes.
Enjoy a romantic, relaxing dinner in your suite followed by one of the
Venetian Resort’s magnificent in-house shows, Phantom, Jersey Boys or
Blue Man Group.”

“Start your day watching the sunrise from one of Aria’s beautiful Sky
Suites before heading to one of the best spas in Vegas. The Spa & Salon at
Aria has three exclusives suites with a personal Spa Host, private restroom,
Jacuzzi and aromatherapy shower. After, enjoy an early lunch at Sage,
an American restaurant offering all-natural, fresh, organic cuisine.
With your hunger sated, head to the Concierge desk and pick up an Art Tour
Guide of CityCenter so you can take in the fabulous shops, architecture and
$40 million art collection. In the evening, enjoy a romantic dinner at Blossom,
a truly romantic Cantonese offering. A night out in Vegas isn’t complete
without taking in a show; Cirque du Soleil’s latest Vegas venture, Viva ELVIS,
is a brilliant choice. The show is guaranteed to get you dancing, so you’ll be
keen to take the party onto one of Sin City’s many nightspots. Aria’s Haze

award-winning fare. Afterwards, escape the hustle and bustle of the
Strip by taking a Maverick Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour. Follow up
with lunch on Mon Ami Gabi’s terrace at the Paris Resort and Casino
before whiling away the afternoon in a poolside cabana. Spend the
evening dining at DJT, the Trump’s resident fine dining American
restaurant before enjoying Cirque du Soleil’s superb show ‘O’ at the
Bellagio Resort and Casino. Finally, a night in Vegas wouldn’t be
complete without a visit to one of the Strip’s famous nightclubs.
We recommend reserving a VIP table at Marquee Nightclub.”

“In summer, before the heat of the day hits, enjoy an early outdoor
breakfast at Mandarin Oriental’s Pool Café, serving light breakfast
options in a quiet, calm atmosphere. The mornings are wonderful
for touring the natural areas outside of Las Vegas by helicopter,
airplane or land tours. The main Las Vegas Strip is within hours of
some of most spectacular scenery in the United States, including the
Grand Canyon and Death Valley. For lunch, head to Estiatorio Milos
at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where you can enjoy a selection of
deliciously light Mediterranean dishes. Afternoons in Las Vegas are
perfect for taking advantage of the wonderful spas and pools on offer,

clubs Vegas has to offer. The lounge’s modern
décor combines design patterns found within
Presley’s home, with sophisticated black
and gold color palettes and an impressive

is a rather kitsch life-sized horse-shaped
lamp, a tribute to the stables in which Presley
spent much of his time. Enjoy cocktails, music

temperatures in summer months can get very high.
Winter in Las Vegas rarely brings snow and it is
relatively mild in the daytime with temperatures
dropping at night. During the warm Spring and Fall
months the city is prone to flash flooding, which
can cause minor disruptions.
