designer house - Napier Signature Homes
The Richmond Symphony Orchestra League
in partnership with Bank of America Private Bank
presents the 2006
Imagine a sultry Richmond evening relaxing on your porch
enjoying the fragrance of blooming perennials and freshly
cut golf greens, sipping wine from your personal cellar, all
cooled by the sweet Virginia breeze. This describes the ambiance and elegance of the Richmond Symphony Orchestra
League’s 2006 Designer House. Nestled in Founders Bridge
and overlooking Independence Golf Course, this home is a
statement of French Country and stylish living.
In the past, the League has showcased homes representing
various neighborhoods, architectures and styles ranging
from gothic to urban high-rise. This year, due to the generosity of Napier Signature Homes, the Designer House is
a custom-designed home, conceived exclusively as a showplace of the latest technology, state-of-the art materials and
architectural features set within a magnificent floor plan.
Visitors will tour the 7,600 square foot house including 16
design areas, highlighting the work of distinguished designers, many of whom maintain national recognition. The first
floor features a library with coffered ceiling, inviting dining
room, expansive family room, gourmet kitchen and morning
room. The master suite has a sumptuous bath. The second
floor includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, office and
media room. The basement comprises an exercise room,
bath, great room with fireplace and billiard area and a wine
cellar. The third floor offers over 600 feet of bonus space.
The 2006 Designer House will highlight the latest trends
in colors, fabrics, furniture and accessory collections
from around the world. This is a not to be missed Richmond event.
