Walk is approximately 1 hour from gree0ng at the Harrison Village Plaza and walk to the Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa, for a leisurely walk on the trails and back to finish at the St. Alice Exhibi0on Hall. Par0cipants can make a cedar item to put into use some of the teachings received around cedar, while checking out the cultural stage performances and the diversity of the Second Annual Sasquatch Days Aboriginal Ar0sans Market. Walks maximum group size is 12. Register early at the Info Tent. Free Ac0vity. Cultural Stage Cultural Boat Tour – Darren Charlie Sign up at the Harrison Plaza, Darren will meet you there and walk to the Sasquatch Tour boat, approximately 1 hour from gree0ng to return. Stop in at the St. Alice Hall on your return. Covered Jet Boat Willie, Kelsey and Darren were taught from a young age that all things are sacred, all the land and the trees and animals within it. Their grandfather told them, “ All you are is the tool of the Spirit. As long as you have a good heart and good inten6on, the words of the ancestors will come through you .” According to Willie, that’s just what seems to happen. He says that memories of certain things said by the elders long ago will come back to him as he is telling his guests stories about transforma0on places or retelling some of the legends. The Sasquatch Dancers will be at the Opening Ceremony leading the Procession – 9:30 – 10am from St. Alice Hall to the Harrison Plaza and Cultural Stage – St. Alice Hall: Sat. 1:30pm; Sunday at Noon.
