After running her own home-based balloon business for over 10
years, Robin became Creative Director at a local party store where
she was discovered by Pioneer Balloon Company! She worked
there as a Field Service Representative and conducted educational
classes and taught at such events as Balloon Camp and IBAC. She
continues to remain as passionate about the industry today as she
has been for the last 23 years.
Harvey has been entertaining people with his Fantastic-Family-Fun
Magic Show and balloon designs for the past 25 years. Harvey
brings a quick wit and a fun dynamic to the academy and is looking
forward to teaching beginning and advanced twisters alike the art
of balloon twisting!

You may register online for any class at ConwinOnline.com/Academy up to the
day of the class.
Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers
In the unforeseen event that a class is cancelled by CONWIN’s Balloon Artist
Academy for any reason, pre-registered students’ tuition will be refunded or
registration fee will be transferred to another class. Note, due to the discounted
pricing structure, Season Pass holders will have the option to transfer to another
class, but refunds/store credits are not available.
Now Available 3-Day Rentals!
In the event you are unable to attend a class, CONWIN’s Balloon Artist
Academy will issue a store credit for tuition or you can request to be transferred
to another class – pending availability. To receive a refund, students must give
1-day cancellation notice prior to the class date. Please contact Marilee Mattix,
LA Balloons Dir. Of Education, at (818) 246-9404 with questions regarding the
Academy. Refund or store credit option is not available for students cancelling on
the day of the class or later.
