More than 700 runners and walkers participated in the 14th Annual Hope Run for Hospice, raising more than $32,000 in funds for the
Israel Family Hospice House. An additional $5,500 of in-kind support was provided.
Thank you to all of the runners and walkers, those who cheered from the sidelines, the many donors and individual fundraisers, and the
more than 100 volunteers.
Mileage Club
Story County elementary students who participated in the Mary Greeley Mileage
Club and completed at least 30 miles received a free Hope Run registration.
575 kids completed 30 miles during the eight week program and 191 of these
children participated in the Hope Run.

patients, and resources for their loved ones. Because of generous donors

• More than 1,400 days of care are provided at the Israel Family Hospice House each year
• The bereavement library is open to the entire community and has more than 100 books available
• Music therapy and massage therapy continue to aid in pain management
• Specialized support groups continue to provide bereavement support
