In times of economic challenges and volatility, outsourcing becomes an important possibility to reduce
risk and cost while increasing flexibility. Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) services are a good way of coping
with these uncertainties and supports the logistics needs to enter new markets. Building on the success
of previous conferences, DHL looks forward to an interesting and fruitful event where the challenges,
opportunities and value of LLP solutions are discussed, networks and relationships developed and best
practices shared.
Leverage the opportunity and learn more about LLP Services. Share your views with your peers in
different industries and find out how they deal with the same challenges. The interactive presentations
and workshops in combination with the interesting mix of participants will make this event dynamic
and worthwhile.
We look forward to your participation!

distribution centers and retail stores at lower transportation and handling costs,

The value of LLP Services
Logisticians of globally operating companies look at Lead Logistics Provider (LLP)
services and control tower solutions for various reasons: some seek to outsource
non-core transactional tasks, others look to create visibility, improve service levels
or manage the global transport spend. In this presentation we will review the key
benefits and challenges of outsourcing the management and selected activities
to LLP and show you, by using actual customer cases, how DHL is (continuously) delivering true value to customers through our LLP solution and supply chain
optimization.
