New Scratchpad – The virtual desktop notebook
New Google® Integration
Free yourself from the clutter of sticky notes and scrap paper with
the new Sage ACT! Scratchpad. Taking notes, writing to-do lists
or quickly jotting something down is now easier and more reliable
than using paper. With Scratchpad you can avoid duplication or
loss of important information and can quickly locate and prioritise
work – ensuring all your notes are actioned. Plus, with just a few
clicks you can push notes from Scratchpad straight into Sage
ACT! creating activities and tasks and even assign them to people.
Synchronise Sage ACT! 2012 with GmailTM and Google®
contacts and calendars to ensure you always have access to the
information you need. When you send and receive emails from
GmailTM, Sage ACT! will keep a history so you have a complete
picture of your communications with customers all in one place.
Plus, if you can’t get an internet connection you can still view your
GmailTM, contacts and calendar information through Sage ACT!

The simple integration and synchronisation between Sage ACT!
2012 and Sage 50 Accounts 2012 means you can easily access

customer – all in one place. This helps you to import customer,
supplier and product information quickly into Sage ACT!, drill
