Johor’s foremost developer, Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd, is a joint
venture company that was formed from the collaboration among Singapore
and Malaysia consortiums – Singapore-backed companies Keppel Land,
CapitaLand and Lee Rubber, and Malaysia’s Permodalan Nasional Berhad
