Hotel rates detailed in our Hotel Form include Accommodation, breakfast and VAT.
City tax is not included and shall be paid directly at the hotel by the attendants.
All accommodations are subject to availability.
Group Reservation Policy:
It will be considered a group a minimum of 10 rooms.
3 nights minimum stay required.
To make a group reservation this form should be sent to the technical secretariat completed and signed.
After verifying and confirming the group, the Technical Secretariat will send an invoice of a 65% deposit of the total amount that should be paid to
secure your reservation.
The remaining balance shall be paid no later than February the 24th, 2014.
Group Changes and Cancellation procedures:
All reservations and amendments to existing bookings must be made in writing. These changes will not be accepted over the phone. Please send an

Group Cancellation Policy:
Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
Total Group Cancellations:
- Total cancellation before December 2nd 2013: the buyer will receive a reimbursement of the deposit less a 10% fee.
- Total cancellation from December 2nd 2013: the buyer will not receive reimbursement of the 65% deposit.
Partial Group Cancellations:
- Hotel adjustments, of a maximum of 30% of the total booking, will not represent any cost to the buyer until December 2nd 2013. In that period,
partial cancellations of more of the 30% of the booking will result in a 10% penalization fee of the cancellation.
- Hotel adjustments, of a maximum of a 15% of the total booking, will not represent any cost to the buyer until February 23rd, 2014. In that period,
partial cancellations of more of the 15% of the booking will result in a 40% penalization fee of the cancellation.
- Partial group cancellations will not be accepted after February 24th, 2014.
