I want to tell you a story...
The year has started with high speed results.
GP, as expected, brought about more results in the past few weeks
to more people than any other similar organization I know of. I am
sure!
I just returned from a trip that really opened my eyes.
As you know, to properly evaluate any data, you need a datum of
comparable magnitude to compare your data to…. If you want to
know if you ran the mile faster than last week, you need to know
what your previous time was. Well, boy did I get a datum of comparable magnitude on this cruise!
I realized the speaking industry is dying, and most speakers are
looking for overseas stages. Their “why” or excuse is that “the market has changed”. You and I, know the tech of The Real Why,
know that The Real Why is always something you can do something about, and anything else falls under the heading of excuses
or, basically, garbage.
The real why for the dying industry is (surprise) NO RESULTS in
the industry.
You have all experienced or have seen people spending tons of
money with zero results. Being on this cruise woke me up to the
sheer nonsense people are teaching.
For example, they teach that you need to be “grounded”, and so
proceed to literally take off their shoes. It’s clear how ridiculous this
is when one realizes that these “grounded” people are standing on
a carpet, on a ship, in the middle of the ocean, and are without a
doubt, completely isolated from any form of ground whatsoever.
It’s actually a very funny misunderstanding. They simply do not
understand the word “grounding”.
Or worse, they talk about “my spirit”, all the while having no definition for the word spirit, and failing to ask the one simple, yet very
important question, “The spirit that belongs to whom?” This immediately throws their entire “my spirit” theory off balance.
People with false data cannot recognize truth. Once they have
agreed, the false data is so true for them that (although they can
not even think with the data) they find any real truth threatening.
Add to all of this that some “good hearted” competition tells them
to be careful as, “Meir is a Jew AND a Scientologist (a deadly combination),” and you have a major barrier to overcome.
The solution is of course simple – you and I getting more people

This will open people’s eyes and introduce them to a path they
haven’t yet seen. You, yourself, noticed that once you start studying the technology, you become different – you know. The bottom
line is for your friends, colleagues and acquaintances to finally find
someone in the coaching industry who they can trust, who impart
TRUTH and who consistently show them results and therefore
success.
It is up to you to help others to unburden themselves from the fog
of false data. I count on you to help me help them!

Another fallacy they have is thinking that all you have to do is say

Why am I telling you this? Well, to point out that the situation is very

dumber, making our job of “bringing a new golden edge of prosperity” much more difficult.

to do. I didn’t anticipate that this is where I
would be and yet this is exactly where I was
meant to be. It’s a lot of fun!
iCandy Homes is a buy, fix and sell real estate
business, specialized in single family homes
in the Chicago suburbs. We also are an education company that assists people to become
successful as real estate investors using specific systems we developed. We take pride in
redeveloping distressed properties and beautifying neighborhoods.
We have 10 people in our office and currently we have 18 students in our coaching
program. Last weekend we finished our third
‘Rehabbing Houses: Hands On’ Class in Chicago. A mix of 24 new and existing students
attended.
What results did you get from working with Meir?
We have experienced results in many areas of
our lives. Our business started growing immediately. We used to do two deals per month.
When Meir came to our office in Chicago, we
did two deals per week for six weeks. The
growth has been exponential. In 2011 we did
two deals, in 2012 we did eight deals, since
we’ve started coaching with Meir in the beginning of 2013 we have done over 34 deals.
This year we are on track to do even more: At
least ten deals a week! Now we have the system in place, it’s not difficult to do. If it wasn’t
for Meir we would not have been able to grow
the way we have, we would have continued
to go up and down, because we didn’t have
the right knowledge. Now we can train people
properly and very quickly
We had tossed around the idea of teaching
other people our systems, but we didn’t really know how to do it. Meir supported us in
launching the education and coaching program. He gave us the confidence and the tools
to get started and move forward. By bringing
in more students we’ll be able to improve a
lot more communities. Teaching and working
with other people in different cities around the
country will also allow us to keep expanding.
It’s no longer about just me, or my family, we
are impacting mankind, because of the size
of company we are growing. That is exciting to
me, because I have always wanted to make a
difference in the world on a bigger scale, but
I didn’t know how, now I do.

What is the most important lesson
you’d like to share with others?
How has Meir’s coaching improved
your personal life?
Going to the classes and working with Meir
has dramatically improved my relationships
– with my wife, my mom, my son, and my
business partners. Communication has always been important to me, yet my wife and
I had disagreements once in a while. Now we
have learned how to communicate, there is
no need for arguments anymore.
We cause things to happen to us. We are at
cause for both the good and the bad. It can be
tough to admit that you caused the negative
things in your life, but once you accept this
fact, you can take different actions, and get
better results. Whether you take action or not,
you are responsible for the consequences of
your decision either way – not deciding is a
decision too. By taking full responsibility you’ll
be able to step into your greatness. Since I
realized that I am responsible, I opened up
to the possibility of doing even more for others and for myself, and I now have a much
greater purpose.
We’ve also shifted the way we look at our
6-year old son. He is a person in a little body,
but he deserves the same respect we give an
older person. It has become more of a 2-way
communication. Instead of telling him what to
do, we make agreements with him and involve
him in the decision making process. This has
increased LJ’s level of responsibility, and his
confidence, because he is more in control of
his life. As a result he is happier and more
affectionate. Getting out of the door to school
and going to bed at night are not a fight anymore, because we made agreements about
it. It has raised our level of responsibility as
parents as well, because we can’t expect him
to keep his agreement if we don’t.
What has been your biggest win?
When our son LJ was born 6 years ago, I told
my wife Janelle that maybe one day I could
coach his baseball team. At the time I didn’t
even realize that I just wanted to help people.
When I met Meir I was happy to have found
another person who genuinely cares just like I
do. Meir showed me how much more is possible, and the impact one person can make.

I had a great childhood growing up in Israel. I
had a very close group of friends and we did
lots of fun things together. I was very involved
in scouts and was a group leader, which was
very rewarding. As a teenager we moved to
South Africa, and that was a very nice change.
When I finished school I went back to Israel
by myself. I did not like the South African
boys (just kidding). Because I was patriotic, I
wanted to serve in the Israeli army. It was a lot
of fun! Another very good result from that was
that I met Meir.
After the army I earned my Bachelor’s degree
at Haifa University in Haifa, Israel.
We got married during my university days and
we now have three children. They are the joy
of my life. I love them so much. Whether we
are home, go to the movies or do something
else, as long as they are having a good time, I
am happy. I really enjoy their company. I also
like yoga, walking, reading good books and
watching good movies on the big screen.
What is it like to be married to Meir?
Meir and I were both in the army when we
fell in love. We got married very young. Over
the years I’ve come to appreciate and admire
Meir even more as I continued to discover
more and more of his amazing qualities.
Many people are probably wondering what
it’s like to be married to Meir, because he’s
traveling so much. Meir has always traveled a
lot and he likes it. The kids are used to it – it’s
been this way since they were born. We manage well. Being busy makes the days between
travels go by fast. Of course I do miss him; I
would like to have him around more, but that
he travels doesn’t take away from my joy of
life.

Fortunately I have a very independent personality. I am mature enough to find my own
way around and don’t need babysitting When
I was 16 I needed to start the school year in
South Africa and my parents weren’t ready to
move yet, so I went by myself, and lived with
relatives until they arrived. In the Israeli Army
you go home every weekend or every other
weekend to spend time with your family. While
everyone had parents spoiling them- cooking
yummy food and doing their laundry and preparing a package of goodies for the week I
went home and did my own laundry. I didn’t
have a mommy to come home to, because
my parents still lived in South Africa. I had
my own apartment, and took care of myself.
For me it was no big deal. On the contrary - I
loved it!
What is your secret to raising such a
wonderful children?
With a bit of water and sun they just grow!!
First of all love, not just giving them a lot of
love, but also teaching them to love each
other and to express their love. Love must
flow all the time. Obviously, there may be moments we are tired, but in the normal overall
day-to-day activity, endless love needs to be
felt. It’s also important to allow them to look at
things, ask questions and get answers. I want
them to have a good grasp of what the reality
of the situation is and to have the ability to see
something for what it is.
My viewpoint regarding justice is that it must
be fair. For example, if a situation needs to
be handled between the two of them, I look
at the facts and address it from an objective
viewpoint. I don’t like the hat of a judge, but
sometimes I have to wear it anyways. If I do,
I want them to feel the decision is fair and
acceptable to both. Some parents say, “Give
it to your brother, he is the youngest. Or listen
to your sister, she is older than you.” I don’t
agree with that, a decision should be based on
what really happened, not on their age. When
things are done in a just way, and everybody
is ethical, they are happy and don’t accumulate anger. That also contributes to their trust
in me. Then, they will trust my input in other
situations too.
Of course there are lots of other values that
we are teaching them when the situation calls
for it - exchange, money, duties, cleaning,
help, contribution, manners, but, as the Beatles sing, All you need is love! The rest will just
fall into place.
What do you like about helping GP?
Most of my life I’ve helped Meir with his businesses. What I like best about Guaranteed
Prosperity is that I’m helping lots of people.
I don’t consider what I do as work – I’m just
helping. People come to the seminars and
they love it. It’s a great way to touch many
lives. GP’s policy that you can take the same
seminar multiple times, creates a tight group,
and that is a wonderful thing. Besides the
teachings we have a great group of friends.
In the office I help with the finances, mainly
accounts receivable. I also take care of anything else that comes up and needs attention.
I either get it done myself or channel it to the
right person. If anybody has a question or
needs an issue handled, I’m very willing to
help if I can. You can call me and talk to me
about any area of life.

60 people attend to learn how to
“Boost Their Income” from David
Pomeranz and Meir Ezra. Meir
had the stage for the first part of
the day. David actually sat in the
last row to hear what Meir had to
say and he mingled with the crowd
during breaks.
John and I and the iCandy Homes
team agreed to host our second
joint venture event with Meir and
Guaranteed Prosperity. The plan
started brewing in November and
the date was scheduled for January 2014. Imagine our surprise
when Meir called to tell us about
his connection with a music business legend, David Pomeranz, and
how David had agreed not only to
speak at our event, but to PERFORM there too!
For those of you who may not know,
David Pomeranz is a performing
artists and songwriter who has
recorded nine solo albums and
has 22 Platinum records. He has
composed songs for greats including Freddie Mercury, Richie Sambora (of Bon Jovi), Barry Manilow,
Kenny Loggins, Bette Midler and
Missy Elliott. David is also an accomplished entrepreneur and he
was ready to share with the class
in Chicago how he built his enterprise from nothing to the success
it is today.

We set up the room the night
before and had the privilege of
watching David’s tech rehearsal.
Such talent!
In the afternoon, David spoke to the
crowd about his journey through
the music business, perseverance
and goals. He inspired the class
with his words. The highlight of
the event was definitely when David performed a few songs on his
guitar and on the piano, including
a song he had just written for a
country music artist. We are anxiously awaiting to hear that song
on the radio!
David was not only a talented and
brilliant entertainer, he was gracious, kind and so genuine. We
feel so privileged to have helped
bring David’s music and message
to entrepreneurs.

I have developed a 5-step Hydro Weight Loss and Fitness System to educate, motivate and empower people to achieve their fitness goals. Regardless of how much or how little weight somebody
wants to lose or what his current fitness level is, the system works.
I have lost more than 100lbs myself, and I’m excited to give workshops and coach others to help them get in shape. I am also the
inventor of the Hydro-Run Balanced Water Bottle System™.
What motivated you to become a Joint Venture for GP?
Meir really cares. He wants to help and most importantly, he knows
how to help. Unlike the vast majority of ‘the experts and gurus’ in
the seminar industry, Meir has a proven track record as a successful business owner. There is no question that what he teaches
works. My biggest satisfaction comes from the successes of each
and every person that I have introduced to Guaranteed Prosperity.
Every single person is happier and better off financially, because
they applied what Meir teaches. That makes it very rewarding. I
know that I am making a difference by referring people to Meir.
What results have you experienced personally?
When I met Meir in 2011, I was in a difficult situation financially.
I was impressed that he took the time to help me on a personal
and business level to get me refocused and realigned. He helped
me to get back on track. Thanks to him I’ve been able to start my
current company. What’s more, I now know exactly how to build it
successfully, and make it profitable.
What is unique about Meir?
Meir truly cares. I’ve been around him for over 2,000 hours in the
last couple of years. Regardless of the circumstances, the situation
or what time it is, he always cares and has the best interest of the
person in mind. I’ve never seen him get mad – ever. He gives each
individual what he or she needs to move forward in his or her life.
What plans do you have for the future?
I’m going to organize Hydro Weight Loss and Fitness Workshops.
Meir will be a guest speaker at my events and I’m excited to be
sharing the stage with him.

This universe operates on the idea that
things start, change, and stop. A person
is born, grows and dies. You started to
read this newsletter; something changes
in your universe due to reading it, and
you will stop reading it at one point.
Start, change and stop is the basic cycle in this universe.
Your day started; you went through it,
and it will end. That is a cycle.
At minimum, when you do without completing, you spend energy for no return
and you are worse off.
The answer, of course, is to complete
the cycle once started and bring about
the expected results.
TO SUCCEED IN ANYTHING YOU MUST BE
TOTALLY UNCOMPROMISING ABOUT YOUR
DEMAND FOR RESULTS FROM YOURSELF
AND OTHERS.
A meeting started; some things changed
and the meeting ended. This is another
cycle.
Moreover, all upsets are the result of an
incomplete cycle.
Here is the law:
IF YOU CAN’T COMPLETE A CYCLE OF ACTION, YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOT TO HAVE
STARTED IT.
You need to have the end in mind and
know you are going to achieve the result
despite all odds; otherwise, you are better off not starting it.

Now, I arrive at your office and ask
about the email… and then you say…
etc., etc….
CLOSE
Most such actions, or open cycles (or
nonsense), go unnoticed, and that is
the problem!
Every problem you’ve ever had, you had
due to an incomplete cycle. You started
something, caused a change, but did
not stop the action and so it is a problem.
The longer the action is incomplete, the
bigger the problem.
You then do not reply to my email on the
spot, and so it is still not done. I email
you a reminder; you write back explaining how busy you were and why you did
not reply (which is obviously nonsense
because it’s just more noise), and still,
you haven’t replied!
Wow. Just answer the email.
THE CYCLE.
When you bring about a result or a product, you’ve actually completed a cycle.
A problem is an incomplete cycle.
10 minutes to find it in total. “Oh, that
email. Yes, I will answer it.”
Things that have not been done and
things that are not completed (partially
done) are the only things that can hurt
you. So, you must be very, very careful
not to leave things undone or partially
done. Those things have the tendency
of lying there and actually creating
more work that has nothing to do with
the original work. Very,very interesting.
If I sent you an email and you didn’t
answer, after a week I will probably call
you and ask, ‘What is happening with
the email I sent you?”
You will need to reply, of course and
you might ask, “Which email?” You’ll
then go and look. It will take you about

spent on unproductive nonsense. I call
it “warming the air” meaning a lot of
movement which creates a lot of heat,
but no result.
