Signature Body Renewal
The intensive exfoliation in this luxurious treatment is designed to bring new life and rejuvenation
to dry, dull, out-of-condition skin, including your hands and feet. All-over deep hydration will

in a warm cocoon of the sheets and treated to a healing warm oil scalp massage. Please do not

Ocean Memory Ritual
Indulge in a luxurious, skin-softening ocean odyssey. This algae-based treatment prevents the
breakdown of hyaluronic acid in the body, which is necessary to keep skin smooth and firm. First,
a stimulating full-body exfoliating polish removes dry skin and revs up the circulation. You are then
cocooned in an ocean inspired mask encouraging skin firmness and tone. This journey is concluded

of classic massage uses a light touch, long,

tissue structures of the muscles and connective

as traditional Swedish, the pressure is more

Valuables
For greatest availability, please book services at least 2
weeks in advance. Please note that we require 24 hours to
reschedule or the full value of the services will be charged.
Prices, services and spa hours are subject to change without
notice. The Spa at the Bar Harbor Club does not use animal
tested products. We recycle and use recycled products
whenever possible so that we can not only enhance your
appearance and health, but that of our earth.
Regretfully, the Spa at the Bar Harbor Club cannot assume
responsibility for any personal items that are left, lost
or stolen.
Facilities
The Exercise Studio houses state-of-the-art strength and
cardio equipment. Fitness Facilities can be used by guests
17 years or older. For our spa guests 17 and older we have
men’s and women’s locker rooms each featuring personal
amenities, robes and slippers. Young adults, 12-17 may
receive certain spa services when accompanied by an adult.
Reservations
We suggest making all spa reservations at least 2 weeks
in advance. Please call (207) 288-5251 for appointments.
Appointments can be scheduled 7 days a week from
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Guests will be required to give an
accepted credit card to guarantee their appointments.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate, please have the
number available.
Spa Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled
appointment to check-in, and begin to relax. This will help
ensure that you receive the full benefit of your treatments. You
will want to leave the products used in your treatments on as
long as possible for the greatest benefit.
Environment
To help ensure a tranquil experience for every guest, we ask
that you turn off all portable communication devices and not
use cell phones within the Spa. We are a smoke free facility.
Cancellation Policy
Because we have reserved time especially for you, if you
need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at
least 24 hours before your first service. 100% of the value of
your services will be charged for changes and cancellations
within 24 hours. Package cancellations or rescheduling
require 24 hours notice or will be charged 100% of the
value. No shows will be charged the full amount of the
service and the full service charge. The same applies for the
use of gift certificates, with amount of treatment and service
charge being deducted from the gift certificate.
Late Arrivals
We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after its
scheduled start time, after that we will assume you are a no
show and release the remainder of the time. Late arrivals up
to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining
and charged for the full service.
Service Charge
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added
to your bill. Additional gratuities at guests’ discretion.
Gift Certificates
Always the right size and treasured by those who have
everything. Gift certificates can be used for spa services or
boutique shop purchases. You may purchase your certificate
in the Spa or via our website. For more information call
