The tenth conference on project management, organized by Aryana Industrial and Research Group and Project Management Institute, in Tehran, February 2015, was very warmly welcomed by 1500 participants from inside the country, as well as participants throughout the world. Based on this warm welcoming, Aryana Group and Project Management Institute are pleased to proudly introduce the holding of the 11th Conference with an outlook of providing a forum for researchers, project managers, and practitioners to share their knowledge and experiences in project management. A forum which we believe will promote the coordination of knowledge and experience. The conference theme focuses on the issues of strategic project management, PM techniques, project organization and knowledge management, and modern developments in the field. However, it is our belief that the wide spectrum of scientific management issues related to PM, would not allow limitations on the subjects to be presented and discussed throughout the event. The event is also aimed at providing the fantastic opportunity for PM specialists to network with other individuals and organizations interested in the field. The program will be composed of presentations of selected papers, invited lectures by world famous scientists, round table discussions and workshops. The interested institutions will have a chance to exhibit their works and activities in the conference exhibition halls. It is my sincere hope and belief that the 11th International Project Management Conference will be successful in achieving its main aims of providing a backbone of knowledge and experience sharing between participants. It is therefore our pleasure again to extend our gratitude to all potential participants whom we look forward to meet in IPMC2016 in Tehran.
