The pages in this document were created in 1985 for the Loretto Heights College
newspaper “The Heights”. It details the evolution of several of the educational
institutions that began at the site of what is currently Colorado Heights University.
Many people in Denver have stories of their time attending the schools that came
before us; St. Mary’s Academy, Loretto Heights Academy, Loretto Heights College
and Teikyo Loretto Heights University. We’re making history every day but still
very interested in collecting the experiences from the past. If you have any photos
