PMT
Main features
PMT machine has been projected, developed and optimized in cooperation with the biggest world garment
firms and producers. The machine can be supplied in the
following versions:
PMT - Atmospheric version (maximum working temperature
of 98°C at sea level)
PMT LP - Low pressure version (maximum working temperature of 110°C at sea level)
PMT HT - High pressure – high temperature version for the
treatment of polyester garments (maximum working temperature of 140°C at sea level)
PMT DE - Special version without internal compartments
for the treatment and stone wash of Denim. All versions are
made completely of stainless steel except for the upper motor plate which is made of Fe. The basket can be supplied
with or without internal divisions, according to the articles
to be dyed and to the customer’ s needing: in any case it is
complete with internal fins for the moving of the material.
The special internal finishing of the basket and the special
drawn holes grant an absolute delicate treatment of the
most delicate fibres with a very low coefficient of friction.
The rotation of the basket is controlled by vectorial motor
and the entire dyeing cycle is controlled by ultimate industrial PC with latest instruments displaying the dye liquor
exhaustion, steam and water consumptions in real time.
ROTOLAB
Main features
The laboratory machines Rotolab model have been designed
and realized both to test and to finalize the dyeing recipes,
and to produce small quantity of garments to prepare the
new colors during the preparation of new collections. The
Rotolab machine becomes indispensable with the necessity
to dye Seamless in Microfibre, that means with the necessity
to dye garments extremely delicate and predisposed to form
creases marks during the dyeing. Rotolab is a drum machine
with a special reverse redrawing of holes to avoid any kind of
friction or grip for the garments to be dyed.
The dye liquor circulation is realized by a special circuit
through the rhomboidal rotary dump to grant the best homogenization of the dye liquor and the best exchange between
the dye liquor and the garments.
The machine is realized in full automatic solution, with front
door automatic quick lock complete with all safety appliances according the ECC rules.
The automation is realized by a Dyetronic 100® microprocessor (or other one chosen by the customer), and is completed with contraves to realize in semiautomatic by PLC,
any function under the control of the programmable logic to
avoid any mistake by the operator. The Rotolab machines are
realized in different versions to have the suitable machine
for any kind of fiber or garment.
The machine is equipped with sampling device with a small
lid to take samples directly from the dyeing compartment.

Working at atmospheric pressure, maximum working
temperature 98°C at sea level.
Working under static Low Pressure 0,5 Bar, maximum
working temperature 110 °C.
Working under static High Pressure, 3 Bar maximum
working temperature 135 °C.

RPP
Main features
The RPP machine is designed to produce small dye lots of
garments both in very delicate fibres or in fibres requiring
more energetic treatments.
The rotating basket is realised with the bearing on both
parts, that allows the elimination of any kind of maintenance.

Squeezing operations till 200 RPM are possible thanks to
the basket balanced to avoid any kind of vibration on the
baskets and on the structure of the machine.
The basket divided in two parts and the internal devices to
overturn the material allow a proper treatment for any kind
of product to be dyed according its physical characteristics.
The structure of the machine is totally realised in stainless
steel 316L type to avoid any kind of corrosion and grant a
very long lasting.
Heating and cooling are realised by an external heat exchanger, completely made in stainless steel, placed behind
the machine and preconnected with dye liquor circulation
pump. The homogenisation of the dye liquor, necessary to
grant uniformity in the dyeing is granted by a dye liquor circulation pump, designed and realised by CUBOTEX, having
high delivery for a strong exchange. The pump is supplied
complete with the coaxial electric motor, closed and external
cooled suitable for dyeing houses.
All the valves on the machine are pneumatic type and completely made in stainless steel suitable to work in full automatic and/or in semiautomatic.
The chemicals and dye stuffs injection tank is connected
to the machine and to the dye liquor main circulation pump
to grant the complete homogenisation with the dye liquor
before entering inside the machine.
The machine filling levels are automatically controlled by
adjustable level probes made in stainless steel.
The machine automation is realised by a microprocessor
Dyetronic® 100 or other microprocessor according to the request of the customer, suitable to memorize and repeat in
automatic till 50 programs having 40 steps each one.
The loading, unloading and the sampling is realised by the
door on the top of the machine.
PMT
The standard version of the machine is equipped with modem for tele-assistance in real time directly from Cubotex
assistance service. Sampling is made through a small lid to
take out the sample directly from the dyeing compartment
without the necessity to drain the machine and with automatic basket positioning.
The circulation pump is entirely projected and made by Cubotex to grant an absolute uniformity of the dyeing results
and protected with a filter to avoid problems of impurities
on the impeller. Every model, from the smallest till biggest
capacity, is equipped with electro-pneumatic vibration balancing system: no foundation is required.
Basket braking is made by disk brake; no braking action is
required from the motor to grant a longer lasting. The support of the basket in the standard version is made with two
bearings placed at both sides of the basket to grant higher
stability and lasting of the machine.
All models can be supplied in “SC” version where the entire
machine is automatically disposed with a suitable inclination for easy and automatic downloading.
Chemicals and dyestuffs introduction plant can be supplied
according to every different necessity of the customer, from
one to seven tanks of different capacities, placed next to
the machine or in centralized room.
Special tanks for salt dosing can be supplied on request.
The heat exchanger is projected and entirely built by Cubotex to allow highest efficiency and heating gradient. All
machines are supplied completely pre-assembled with
elecro-pneumatic panel on board with already made pneumatic and electric connections for a faster and easier installation.
PMT “DE” VERSION – Special version for Denim treatment.
This version has been developed for Denim treatment
(dyeing, washing, stone wash) and is produced with reinforced basket without internal divisions and over-dimensioned support and bearings. Even this version can be
supplied with “SC” option for easier downloading of the
material.
