A little bit about Carbide Specialties Inc.
With over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing of cutting tools you can be assured
of getting the highest quality tooling for all of your manufacturing needs. We offer
complete design and manufacturing of router bits, shaper cutters, knives, saw blades,
rosettes, inserts, slotters and diamond tooling. All of our specialty tools are designed to
your sample product, existing print, or your exact specifications.
Through utilization of our CNC automatic machinery we give a superior finish to your
tools whether it is a saw blade, router bit, end mill, or specialty tool.
Sharpening and Repair
As a full service cutting tool manufacturer we offer sharpening and repair of cutting tools
both manufactured by us and any other cutting tool manufacturer. All service is done on
the same machines used to manufacture our tooling to assure the same quality of cutting
edges as our new tools.

a tendency to “lift” the parts in some cases.
Additional holding power or the use of a stepped
cutting sy stem may be required.
On certain materials fuzzing may be experienced on
the top surface. If this is a real problem consider

in most cases. Grooving applications can be difficult
as burning can occur.

shaper, moulder, or tenoning cutters your company may need.
We can also make cutters for table saws and aggregate heads on
CNC routers.
When ordering please provide the following:

Terms & Conditions of S ales
Terms:
All accounts will be given Net 30 day terms if credit is deemed
satisfactory by the credit department. Any account over 60 days
will be on credit hold until the account is brought current. All
invoices correspond with date of shipment, not receipt of goods
or invoice. A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned
checks.

Freight Policy:
F.O.B. Grand Rapids, M I. Any shortages in transit should be filed
with carrier. Any other shortages should be filed with Carbide
Specialties, Inc. nor more than 10 days after receiving goods.
Drop Shipments:
All drop shipments are subject to regular terms and conditions.
COD drop shipments will not be accepted.
Product Guarantee:
All tools carry a warranty to be free from defective
workmanship. Due to the inherent nature of solid carbide, we
cannot guarantee this material, all warranties are void if tools are
altered in any way (including sharpening).
Returning Goods:
All returns must be given prior cons ent by Carbide Specialties
Incorporated. A RGA# will be given and must be clearly placed
on the outside package. Carbide Specialties, Inc. reserves the
right to charge a 15% restocking fee. A copy of the invoice must
accompany the return. This applies to tools ordered in error and
returned for exchange. Any tool returned for credit must be a
current catalog item and in re-s ellable condition. Carbide
Specialties, Inc. assumes no liability for returned tools. It is the
shippers responsibility to package the tools in a manner to avoid
damage in transit.
M inimum Order:
Orders must be a minimum of $25.00 net.
Safety:
Always wear eye and ear protection when working w ith cutting
tools. Do not remove any machine safety guards. The grinding
of carbide produces hazardous dust that may be harmful to your
health.
