Vacuum Packages and Central Systems Rietschle Packages & Central Systems Designed for Efficiency – Engineered for Longevity Leaders in Innovative Product Design Rietschle — a name recognized for world leadership in the development and manufacture of vacuum and pressure technology for over half a century. New applications and manufacturing advancements require innovative solutions and creative new products. These are core Rietschle strengths. Cornerstones of Rietschle success include an extensive commitment to R&D, innovative engineering, tight quality control, applications expertise and consistently superior value. With manufacturing, distribution and value-added facilities located throughout the world, we have established a long history of flexibility and service. We take pride in successfully meeting client expectations and routinely exceeding them. Rietschle’s technical excellence leads the field in product design — with oil lubricated, dry running, or today’s crop of “contactless” vacuum pumps and compressors. Our products are designed for efficiency, engineered to last, and environmentally friendly. Preparing for Tomorrow’s Challenges Through continuous product design and thinking “out of the box”, we continue leading the way to tomorrow’s solutions. Rietschle is most recognized in fields where downtime and failure must be kept to an absolute minimum. Zephyr Claw Vacuum Pump G-Series Blower Competent Project Partner Rietschle Inc. specializes in the design and fabrication of general and process vacuum systems – from simple to complex – incorporating its own pumps and compressors – with applications in a wide range of industries. Years of experience and intimate knowledge of pump design and function give Rietschle application engineers a keen ability to satisfy complex requirements and reduce costs by specifying and supplying components that will optimize pump/ system performance. A half-century of experience and applications expertise, coupled with a passion for quality and efficiency, results in packages and central systems that are the choice of many of the world’s largest corporations. As recognized experts in this field, let Rietschle get involved at the earliest possible stage of design and development to help establish parameters and determine solutions for your system. A network of factory trained, knowledgeable distributors, Rietschle regional managers and system design engineers will work diligently to assure the finest in personalized services from a review of performance needs, to the rapid submittal of a concise proposal, to final delivery – on time and within budget. Flexible Solutions Rietschle offers a large repertoire of preengineered “standard packages” for typical industrial applications. OR, our engineers and applications experts will design “custom packaged solutions” to meet unique customer process requirements. Rietschle Chemical Vacuum Systems are designed for use in aggressive vapor applications. Depending on system requirements, we can build Simplex, Duplex, Triplex, Quadruplex or larger packages. Components are arranged to minimize floor space and allow unobstructed access for servicing. All systems are piped, wired and tested prior to shipment with a further option for onsite assembly and testing. In addition, Rietschle assumes direct responsibility for the entire system. Broad Product Line Rietschle manufactures a diverse choice of pumping technologies spanning a broad capacity range. We offer Oil Lubricated, Non-Lubricated and Once-Thru Oil rotary vane vacuum pumps, along with a broad line of “contactless” equipment (no rubbing components) such as radial and regenerative blowers, roots type pumps, claw and non-lubricated screw vacuum pumps. Our pumps meet the highest possible demands for absolute precision and regularly outperform the competition in three main parameters: operating noise level, operating temperature and achievable vacuum levels. Applications of our equipment are endless. TWISTER System Two Stage Vacuum System with Intercondenser – screw pumps with roots booster . Triplex Industrial System With such a broad product line, our pump and air-handling experts can offer the right solution for your application – solutions that perform reliably, year after year. Rietschle Industrial Vacuum Systems are designed for use in intermittent and continuous duty applications involving air, inert gases and non-aggressive vapors. Chemical Dry Pump used for solvent distillation and recovery Quadruplex Industrial System Custom-Designed Systems: a core competence Rietschle has earned a strong worldwide reputation by building excellent working relationships with the market leaders in many industries – by designing Custom Vacuum Solutions. In fact, we got our start by building “specials”. If you can conceive a need, we can build it! We embrace challenges. Standard Package Systems: pre-designed for economy Standard Packages provide an unbeatable combination of economy, reliability and quick delivery. Rietschle’s large selections of pre-designed packages satisfy a wide array of services for laboratory, medical and process applications. Standard components include an appropriate selection of pumps for your application, a control panel, inlet check valve, inlet filter, flex connector, inlet isolation valve, vacuum switch, vacuum gauge and, if applicable, a vacuum receiver tank. In addition, medical systems include piping and controls that conform to NFPA specifications. Flexible Configurations Rotary Vane Pump with purge gas for Laboratory System. Standard packages are available from 1 – 40 HP in Simplex, Duplex, Triplex and Quadruplex configurations. Our industry proven tank-mounted, stack-mounted, frame-mounted or base-mounted designs are modular for future expansion. Modifications are no problem.
