wine that comes from
protected geographic
origin. Pošip Marko
Polo is the product of
centuries long tradition
of grape vine cultivation
and wine production on
the island of Korčula. Its
origins are karstic fields
what makes it even richer
by the indigenous Pošip
variety, yield from their
brown and sandy soil
a superb wine. Grown
and picked by hand in a
limited area Pošip is the
jewel in the crown of the
white wines of Dalmatia.
Pošip Marko Polo has
very elegant and fine
toned bouqute. It is very
mineral, with touch of
honey and resinous taste,
and also with notes of
dry figs. When aerated
in glass it becomes more
alive and gains more of a
citrus note. With pleasant
white pepper and
Mediterranean macchia.
When consumed it has
expected strength and
surprisingly pleasant
freshness. It is brawny
and compact. Pošip
Marko Polo has 13.8 vol.%
of alcohol and 6.1 G/Lof
acid. It is exceptional
with finest rocky fish, sea
crabs and noble cheeses,
chilled to 13°C.

picturesque white-stoned towns of the Elaphite islands enriched

The Elaphite Island Karaka cruise is one of the most wonderful
ways to discover history while cruising on a warm summer’s day.
We sail to the island of Koločep, covered by dense pine forest
with a picturesque fisherman village lying along the bay. We
will continue to the village of Suđurađ on the island of Šipan, a
fisherman’s port with a 16th century summer villa of the Skočibuha
family. Our last stop will be Lopud island that boasts its long
maritime tradition and is a home of famous captains and sailors.
We will take a Lungo mare walk to the Franciscan monastery and
the 19th century Gjorgic-Mayneri park and have enough free time
at leisure for swimming on one of the sandy beaches.
