Starlight Productions’ content redefines what is possible in a fulldome entertainment show, replacing two-dimensional images traditionally created by special effects lasers with high-resolution 3D computer graphics that dazzle the eye and delight the imagination. Alien Action TILT DESIGN STUDIOS MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT MINUTES: 46 By a combination of 360° music video clips, animations, radioplay elements and interactive parts, Alien Action merges the classic theme of space invasion with the history of human expansion, design, music and visual effects. In the best tradition of pop-art the show combines the classic science fiction theme with irony and humor and its music-clip-structured dramaturgy to a completely new chapter of digital entertainment. Space Opera TIMELINE 360 MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT MINUTES: 40 Space Opera is a virtual interplanetary journey realized with CG “spherical rendering” technology and presented in a 360º panoramic hemispherical view, a “fulldome” video within a dome dedicated to the projection of works such as that of the planets. The discovery of a flying disc beneath the earth allows passengers to take off from the Earth and visit an entire solar system in less than 40 minutes: the visual setup of the opera is absolutely experimental and unedited. The ambient recreates the interior of an alien spaceship where a voice facilitates the journey and provides information on each galactic stop. Space Opera is therefore an artistic, philosophic, scientific and cinematic experience all at the same time and indeed a unique experience of its kind. 32 E V A N S & S U T H E R L A N D Moon Witch BOWEN TECHNOVATION SEASONAL SHOW MINUTES: 17 All around the world, people have imagined seeing all sorts of strange things and faces in the moon.
