to the masterfully designed community pools and sweeping greens, our
spaces accommodate all sizes from small groups to as many as 3,000
guests. Want to celebrate on the beach? We don’t blame you. Leave your

sandy backyard.

* Some venues have restricted use during peak season. Rosemary Beach Cottage
Rental Company reserves the right to move events to an alternate venue if one
chosen is not available due to unforeseen circumstances. Additional rental of either
Town Hall, St. Augustine Green, Eastern or Western Green is required for rental of
Eastern Beach and Western Beach and all pools.
PROPERTY RENTAL REQUIREMENT
When booking your event in the Rosemary Beach community, a
minimum of five rental credits must be rented from Rosemary Beach
Cottage Rental Company for the required length of stay.
