Beyond Abuse
The Beyond Abuse program helps participants
learn to eliminate abusive and controlling
behaviors from their relationships; thus
contributing to ending the cycle of domestic
violence. Through our groups, participants
learn alternative, healthy, non-abusive ways
to deal with their emotions. We offer groups
for men and women, and groups for young men
ages 17–19.
Participants in the program may also receive individual
advocacy and case management services that
support their individual needs. The staff assists the
participants in developing plans to achieve their
individual goals, provide referrals and community
resources and helps connect individuals and families
to an ongoing support network.
All services are confidential and provided free
of charge. Services are available in English,
Spanish, Russian and Hmong. Interpreters
in other languages also available.
