on this work order and accompanying Winter Storage Rate Sheet. All invoices are due in full upon receipt. Accounts 30 days past
due are subject lo a1u2"/oservice charge per month. Past due accounts that require collection agencies agree to pay all attorneys'
fees, colleciions cost and court cost incurred. All phone in Work Orders are considered authorized signed contracts. All returned
checks are subject to a $35.00 service fee.

N7TE: Billing for Spring Launch will be invoiced and due before launching of vessel. Winter Storage Contracts end
April 15. n Oiity fee of ge.OO per foot per day will be charged after this date (plus reblocking charges if your boat has to be moved
because it is blocking another boat). All work orders will have a 3% shop supply charge on ihe total bill with a minimum of $5.00. All
parts and materials Lre of top quality. Please be aware of these charges and contact the Service Department to make further
arrangements. Turkey Point Marina is not responsible for items left on boat or damages to boat.
