Double Singing Bird Cage Automaton. Brass wire domed bird cage
with brass finial and ring handle on a wood, gilt and carved gesso
carved square base with chamfered corners and wind on the right side; 2
birds inside, one on a brass perch with colorful feathers, beaded eyes
and surrounding filigree. The mechanical birds flick their tails, rotate
their heads and move their beaks while whistling a tune. Birds move
with nice brisk motion, spring winds and holds power, birds whistle
with a muffled tone. 21 in. high x 10 in. wide x 10 in. deep.

Wurlitzer Table Model 61 Jukebox – 1938. Table model Jukebox has
beautiful 2 tone wood grain, red plastic at the top front corners, chromed
straps around the sides and chromed grill over the speaker. The multi
selector plays any of the 12 tunes, metal tag on the back with model
number 61 and serial number 579266; in good working condition with
no cracks to the plastics and no losses or flaking to the veneer. 22 in.

Edison Model D Red Gem Phonograph. Oak case and base with domed
lid and turned handle; the mechanism is enclosed in a red painted frame
with gilt and black stenciled borders. Combination type mechanism
plays 2 & 4 minute duration cylinders, has original crane, model-K
combination reproducer and red painted fireside 8 panel horn with gilt
ribs, horn measures 19 in. long x 11 in. dia. In good overall condition
has some scratching to the red paint. Signed on a metal tag Edison Gem
Phonograph, model D and serial number 352823. Case measures 9 in.
high x 10 in. wide x 8 in. deep.

decal, measures 24 in. long x 21 in. dia. Signed on a brass tag “Victor

Packard Manhattan Model Jukebox – 1946. Deluxe full sized juke box
produced by Senator Homer E. Capehart, case has 2 tone wood veneers,
a curved front lid with etched viewing glass exposing the selector and
turn table mechanisms with golden lit up panels on the sides of the top
both inside and out; the base has red panels on the sides behind vertical
slats and saffron & red plastics in the lower door panel around the
speaker with pierced carved wood overlays. The chromed top has a
rotary selector under the play button with the coin receiver at the top,
play from 24 selections. Signed on a metal tag on the back with model
number 72 and serial number M6975. Good working condition. 62 in.

Oak Symphonion Music Box On Stand.The oak case has carved
moldings with carved swirling filigree, lyre and crosses horns in the
front and stands on turned feet. Symphonion cherub lithograph and trade
mark tag with lyre under the lid; has a double comb, spring driven
mechanism, playing 13.5 in. discs and is stamped on the soundboard
Symphonion Mfg. Co. NY. and serial number 12421. 12 in. high x 22
in. wide x 18 in. deep. On an oak music table with square wavy top
having rounded corners, cabriole legs with snake feet and lower tier
with spindled gallery to hold extra discs. Table measures 29 in. high x
26.5 in. wide x 26.5 in. deep.

sides with silvered trim pieces, the mechanism with a coin slot is angled

Master, Pat. Aug 14-23 (circa 1923). In good restored condition,
working, has a scratch on the front of the base; has lock and key. 16 in.

Victor Floor Model VE-XVIII Victrola. Beautiful mahogany case with
serpentine sides and Louis XV style moldings and carvings, 2 doors in
the base with music racks and 2 doors above, covering the speaker/horn;
the lid lifts up to reveal the turn table with gilt brass tone arm feeding
into the speaker below. This model has an electric motor with light
under the lid; signed with Victrola decal and metal tag for Victor
Talking Machine Co. with model number VE-XVIII and serial number
1924. Beautiful French polished case, in good working condition with

Phantom Bicycles
2 Vintage Schwinn American & Black Phantom Bicycles. Vintage
Schwinn “American”, girls model, one-speed cruiser, 26 in. white wall
tires; appears to have all original Schwinn parts including wheels, tires,
petals, frame, seat, handlebars & grips, in very nice condition. The
second is a vintage boys Black Phantom, single speed bicycle has a
black and red painted frame, chromed and black painted mount below
the top tube with gilt lettering, painted chain guard reads “Black
Phantom”, chromed fenders with headlight built into the front and tail
light in the rear with on-off switches, signed Schwinn “Tubular” wheels,
front suspension, suspension under the leather seat, Schwinn deluxe
petals, signed grips and much more; this model features an anti-theft
locking mechanism with key, built in below the head tube, also has a old
“Huret” speedometer with odometer. In very good condition has some
minor restorations, all parts look to be original vintage Schwinn parts.

cover; has a walnut case and frame with fancy chromed mounts and 8
red and yellow curved plastics bordering the outer edge of the speaker

of the plastic border pieces is shrunken and warped from heat. 32 in. dia.

Seeburg Shoot The Bear Arcade Game
Seeburg Shoot The Bear Arcade Game. The large target cabinet is 3 feet
tall and 3.5 feet wide, has a reverse painted glass viewing as “a window
into the forest”, bear figure runs around a cluster of trees with a hound
dog chasing it, the rifle fires a laser at the display and if you can hit the
bear in one of the light sensor lenses on his body, he stands up on his
rear legs and rotates giving you a chance to shoot the 3 sensors; when
the bear goes back down to 4 feet, he runs in the opposite direction. The
game gives you 20 shots each turn and keeps track of your hits, has
great sound effect including the firing gun and the growling bear. 1 play
for a dime and 3 games for a quarter. The game is complete and fully
functional with display box and shooting stand with rifle holster and
dual coin slots. Signed on a metal tag “Seeburg Shoot The Bear, Ray-OLite Rifle Range” and serial number 4021. The target cabinet on its
stand measures 74 in. high.

sections, addressed at the top with letter head “Cable Address, Edison
New York”, From The Laboratory of Thomas A. Edison, Orange, NJ,
Feb. 15, 1915. Addressed to: Mr. W.H. Onken, Jr., Managing Editor,
Electrical World, 239 West 39th St. New York City”. Letter reads:
“Dear Mr. Onken, Allow me to thank you for your kind favor of the
11th instant, and to express to you and the entire staff of the Electrical
World my sincere appreciation of the congratulations and good wishes
extended to me on the occasion of my 68th birthday. Yours truly
Thomas A. Edison. (signed).

to the wood frame. With over 200 picture cards with scenes including
world travel, us travel, black Americana, comedy sequences, children
portraits & play scenes, Inuit scene and much more; some very unusual
cards, circa 1880. Also has a carved walnut card rack with 4 slots for
storage.

base molding with brass straps on the corners, brass support arm and
oak stick tone arm; the reproducer has a brass fitting on the end
connecting to a black painted bell shape front mounted horn, measuring
14 in. long x 9.5 in. dia.; the crank arms is on the side and plays from a
7 in. turn table. Metal Victor Talking Machine Co. tag has model
number “R” and serial number 43360. In working condition. Overall

Wurlitzer Model 1015 Jukebox – 1946. Beautiful floor model Jukebox
popularly known as “The Bubbler”, has a walnut and maple veneered
case with arched top, colorful red and white plastics with bubbling tubes
and colorful rotating cylinders behind them bringing the front of the
Jukebox to life. Highlighted with chromed escutcheons and grill in front
of the speaker, mosaic mirrored borders along the sides, plays 24
records and has a receiver for nickels, dimes and quarters. Signed on a
metal tag with model number 1015 and serial number on tag and
stamped in case 1025081, case is nicely redone. Good working
condition. 60 in. high x 33 in. wide x 24 in. deep

Polyphon Disc Music & Bell Box. Mahogany case has a carved flower
in the lid and stands on turned feet; brass lever ratchet crank mechanism
in the front of the box with start-stop knob below. The interior has a gilt
finished base plate stamped “Polyphon”, knurled gilt brass idler arm
with 8 in. discs playing on a single comb and a nest of 6 steel bells;
Polyphon chromolitho under the lid with musical cherubs and retailers
tag for “Musikenstumente, A. Zuleger, Leipsiz”. Nice playing box, in
good running condition with nice sound, has 12 discs. 7 in. high x 10.5
in. wide x 9.5 in. deep.

case with 4 long corbels having scrolling leaf carved feet; has 2 curved
doors in the base with 7 tier music rack under the pierced carved
speaker grill. The top of the case has 2 hinged lids, centered with a
turned 2 socket lamp post and 24 in. dia, tasseled cloth shade decorated
with a jungle motif. Has a 12 in. spring driven turn table with silvered
tone arm having an octagonal reproducer and feeding into the speaker
below; In very good condition, has a nice French polished finish. 71 in.

with model number 71 and serial number 420895. On an original stand,
signed on a tag with model number 710 and serial number 180800.
Good working condition. Overall height 58 in. high x 23 in. wide x 20

having a scalloped rim and measuring 32 in. long x 24 in. dia. Spring
driven mechanism with 6.5 in. long cylinder, iron chassis has a nickel
finish and plays through a lyre shaped reproducer. In overall good
condition, Case finish is good original but is dirty and in need of

glasses and original mirrors; signed on a nickel tag on the front
“Excelsior Showcase Works, Jos. Knittel Prop., Quincy, Ill, Branch
House, St. Louis MO., Chicago” and on a paper label in the top of the
towers “Claes & Lehnbeuter, Makers, St. Louis, MO”. 46 in. high x 72

the movement. 3 pc. silvered comb plays from a 21.5 in. long cylinder
with a gilt finish with 6 of the teeth designated for the nest of 6 steel
bells; the bells have a silvered finish and are set on a horizontal cross
post with lyre shaped bracket in the center under a decoratively
engraved bell and gilt eagle finial, signed B.A. Bremond, Geneva, the
governor bracket is also stamped BAB. Box is in very good working
condition with no broken teeth and has very good sound, case has a
wonderful clean original finish. 13 in. high x 36 in. wide x 16 in. deep.

Rare Victor Lumiere Loud Speaker - 1925. Victors first external model
speaker Number 1, in a mahogany case with drum shaped top over a
splayed base with valanced feet; mounted in the front and back with a
creased paper sheath and has a switch on the top of the case. Metal tag
on the front reads “Diaphragm Invented by L. Lumiere” and paper label
underneath. Papers are original and have a few minor tears and are in
good overall condition, speaker cables are both in good condition. 13 in.

4674. Spring driven mechanism plays on a single comb with fixed idler

Wurlitzer Model 1100 Jukebox – 1948. Beautiful floor model Jukebox
has a beehive form with wood grain veneer on the sides and framing the
door, has a bubble front viewing glass exposing the mechanics of the 24
record changer; noted as the first Jukebox to use a light weight plastic
tone arm and a pre-amp, the tone arm is called the Cobra and has eyes
painted on the head, resembling a snake. Has chromed escutcheons and
rotating selector bar viewing 8 selections at a time (totaling 24 tunes),
has spiral crosshatched clear plastics on the door with colorful rotating
cylinders behind, bringing the Jukebox to life and red-yellow arched
plastics inside at the crest of the door. Only 7,000 of this model were
shipped, designed by Paul Fuller; veneer and plastics are in good
condition. Signed on a metal tag with model number 1100 and serial
number 2114820, back of the case is stamped 2118377. Good working
condition. 57.5 in. high x 30 in. wide x 27 in. deep.

case with vibrant red plastics along the sides and wrapping towards the
back at the top, the front door has a pierced gold painted grill with
chromed trim and blue mosaic mirrored border; 20 tune selector and

the distance from the reproducer to be adjusted according to the cylinder
diameter. Has a beautiful 8 panel horn with blue iridescent finish, gilt
painted ribs and hand painted blue iris’ inside of the bell, measures 30
in. long x 19 in. dia.; hangs on a floor standing nickel plated tripod
crane standing next to the floor cabinet. The phonograph sits on an oak
5 drawer cabinet with front, pilasters and serpentine kick board, has
brass pulls and nickel name plate which reads “Patented, Dec. 13th
1898, June 6th 1899”. The cabinet holds 100 standard sized records and
is accompanied by various Concert and Saloon records. Finally, this lot
is complete with a framed poster pin-up advertising a concert, using the
Home Grand Graphophone with 4 original brown paper admission
tickets to the concert. Case measures 16 in. high x 16.5 in. wide x 13.75

Zodiac 10 Cent Horoscope Vending Machine. The tall wood case is
painted green with a reverse decorated glass panel at the top on a blue
background, diagram of the solar system and a wizard character. The
open center has a rotating disc with the 12 signs of the zodiac and a
nickel plated sliding lever below to indicate your selected birth date;
below the lever is the 10 cent coin slot and a second sliding lever to
select the date of the month. When the slide is pressed and pulled out, a
small box containing the selected horoscope is released into the slot at
the bottom. The back board of the case reads “Notice: Readings or
fillers for this machine can only be purchased from Horoscopes Inc.”; a
light up sign on top of the case reads “Is this your lucky day?”. Circa
1956, in good condition with a few minor surface scratches to the case.

circa 1930’s; has an oak case with cast metal front plate reading “Target
Skill” in painted yellow letters and crest plate down range with animal
heads and reads “Big Game Hinter”, A.B.T. Mfg. Co., Chigago, Ill. The
game has a pistol with coin slot on top and sliding lever on the side,
when the coin is inserted, you can shoot a steel ball down range to 3
circular targets. On an iron stand, has back, with original lock and key.

Mills Coin-op Violano-Virtuoso. This rare machine plays from large
paper rolls turning on an electric motor contained in the base,
simultaneously plays a piano built into the backboard and a single violin
in the top section of the cabinet. The violin is in good condition with no
breaks or hairlines, has 4 tuning weights, mechanically operated
fingerboard and wheel-shaped bows, one designated for each string;
violin playing mechanism is contained in a metal case with heavy cast
metal chassis having a nickel finish and patent date plaque mounted on
the top. The piano is mounted upright on the back board and is signed,
and numbered “4070” Mills Novely Co., Chicago, Ill, USA. The large
mahogany case has folding front doors with glass panels on the front
exposing the violin, doors in the base hide the motor and full length
carved pilasters on the sides; 5 cent coin slide is on the front right of the
case, stamped number on the back “4179”. Case has an overcoated
original finish with some minor losses to the veneer; in good condition

Large Inlaid Cylinder Music Box. The exceptional case has burled
walnut veneer with satinwood, brass, mother of pearl and faux marble
borders with ebonized trim on the lid, front and sides; has a single
drawer in the base, with 3 cylinders. The reverse of the lid is ebonized
with a pressed carved border, brass and nickel-silver inlays, glass
paneled dust cover exposes the mechanism, spring driven with internal
ratchet crank lever on the left side, start/stop & repeat/change switches
on the right. 13 in. cylinders play 8 tunes each, matching serial numbers
35885. The mechanism is beautiful and clean with polished gilt brass
and nickel silver surfaces, reeded gilt iron bed plate, engraved damper
pad with Helvetia and E. Pluribus Unum medallions, lyre shaped
escutcheon and gilt brass tune indicator dial numbered with Roman
numerals 1 through 8. Case has an excellent French polished finish. 15

Wurlitzer Model 42 Jukebox – 1942. Also titled “Victory”, the wood
veneered case has a trapezoidal shaped top with chamfered mirrors on
the corners, obverse painted with figures and filigree on the sides and
musical instruments on the crest panels; the carved wood speaker grill is
overlaid on painted glass panels, carved wood corbels and feet on the
corners. Case has some repairs to the veneer, coin return is missing and
covered with a shield shaped escutcheon. The model 42 was shipped as
only a cabinet from the factory and could be adapted to several different
selector mechanisms. Signed on a paper tag on the back with model
number 42 and serial number 609826. Good working condition. 66 in.

in. discs on a double combed spring driven mechanism signed with
metal tag on the soundboard, American Graphophone Co. This model
can also play records and is fitted with a removable turntable beside the
music box and a silvered tone arm mounted at the back and feeding into
the built-in horn contained below; both mechanisms are driven by the
same spring which can be wound from the right side of the case. Under
the lid is signed with a large decal reading Columbia Graphonola De
Luxe. In good working condition, case is refinished and has slight

behind the peacock is a pair of rotating Polarized acetate disks, which
bend the light in such a way to give the peacock a “prism” effect. On
either side of the peacock is a chromed, scrolling cornucopia with
flowering plastics at the ends and bubbler tubes. Signed on a metal tag

Vintage “Play Basket Ball” Coin Op Game. Has black painted metal
framing with clear glass panels on the front, sides and top; the game
board consists of 10 slotted dimples painted black and orange with a
black and orange basket on either end, when either lever on the front of
the case is pressed a lever under the corresponding color projects the
ball towards its basket. This is a 1 cent (penny) operated game with the
coin slot in the front center of the case. The litho panel in the rear has
the rules and instructions and there is a sliding disc style scoreboard on

Secretary Cabinet With Electric Model Victrola. The cabinet has
original paint decoration with gilt carved moldings, trim and a fancy gilt
carved base on scrolling legs with pierced carved stretcher; the 2 door
panels have scenic landscapes, one with a hunting scene and the other
with a knight, painted urns with flowers on the side panels, below is a
drop front desk painted with flowers and a work surface inside, the
lower drawer is gilt painted with colorful flowers and filigree. The
walnut interior behind the large doors has 2 compartments; the left with
6 vertical music storage slots over a single drawer, the right side has the
speaker with a pierced carved cover under an electric powered turn table
with gilt brass tone arm and a single light socket. In very good condition
with no breaks or losses to the case, the paint is in very good condition.

13 in. painted metal dial which has a 100 point marker from 0 to 900
with 10 point markers between, every other 100 marker has an
entertaining phrase pertaining to the strength of the “lift”, in the center
is a portrait of a man, flexing his muscles, reads “show your strength”
over an index chart comparing the average strength to weight ratios. Has
a cast metal bezel with copper-tone finish around the dial with an owl
holding a banner in its mouth which reads “Mills Perfect Muscle
Developer” with coin slot at the bottom; the wood tower has a deep red
brown grained finish with reeded side pilasters and cast metal capitols,
blue and white porcelain plate on the front displays the instructions for
use. Cast iron base plate has wide foot pads and center post with
crossbar handle attached to the levers and large spring mechanism.

pressed carved, this one in oak, with raised quatrefoil carvings on the
front each side panel with maiden & putti carved into the front, gothic

blowing trumpets on the corners; stands on splayed, valenced style feet.
The reverse of the lid has a Regina lithograph with a standing muse
holding a lyre and surrounding musical putti; the reeded gilt bedplate

Sublima plays from large manila paper rolls measuring 19.5 in. long and
each containing 5 tunes; the upright piano harp is mounted onto the
backboard and sounds like a mandolin when playing. 25 cent coin
operated machine has coin slot on the right side; oak case has a beveled
glass oval panel on the front viewing the top reel of the paper roll and
has 2 lower doors with inset oval panels, has a single light mounted on
top with frosted and cut glass globe, gold Regina decal at the frieze of
the case and below the oval glass has gilt lettering which reads “Regina,
Sublima Piano & Mandolin Orchestra”. Signed in the back of the case
on a nickel tag The Regina Company with serial number 3040777. Also
has a presentation plaque on the front stating that the Sublima was given
to the Lucy & Elephant Hotel in Margate City, NJ and that it was
restored by “The Committee” in 1976; also signed with a paper label on

rim with gilt highlights in original finish, signed with “Edison Home”

and turned handle, has turned columns on the corners and inset panels
on either side with Graphophone decal on the front. The mechanism has
a black painted frame with gilt stenciling and reads Graphophone with a
flower on each side, the cylinder receiver has a silvered finish and slides
along an arm running perpendicular to the cylinder with the black
painted conical horn attached directly to the reproducer fitting. The horn

Vintage Revolving Banana Display Rack. The green painted stand has
an iron base and supports with 8 long posts revolving around the tall
center post and 6 banana hangers on each post. Unusual store display
item in good condition and original paint with minor chipping to the
paint. Signed on a metal tag shaped like an arrowhead. 75 in. high x 21
in. dia.

Royal Alternating Current Coffee Mill No. 1 1/2. Cast iron frame is
painted red with black and yellow stenciling and filigree, has a
rectangular base with a trumpeted stem and cylindrical motor housing;
mounted on top is a large brass hopper with lid, capable of holding up to
3 lbs of coffee and grinding up to 1 lb per minute; below it is the catch
basin with an open top, spout on one end and handle on the other, it is
also painted red with yellow & black stenciling. Manufactured by the
A.J. Deer Co., Inc. Hornelly, NY. Accompanied by an instruction
booklet for the Royal No. 1 1/2 and also copy of the Royal company
catalog. Base-plate is 12.5 in. wide x 8.5 in. deep, 29 in. overall height.

Vendo 23 Deluxe Coca-Cola Cooler. Beautiful spin-top model CocaCola cooler in typical red paint with “Drink Coca-Cola In Bottles”
slogan on the front over the words “Ice Cold”, has bottle opener, lower
drop front bottle storage compartment and gray painted lid. 10 cent coin
operated machine has a rotating top with hinged door in the top allowing
the customer to choose one bottle at a time; hold 23 bottles. In very nice
restored condition; singed on a tag on the back “The Vendo Company”,
Model No. A23-A5 and Serial No. A0025154 (circa 1950). 36 in. high x

Inlaid Rosewood Cylinder Music Box. The rosewood lid is inlaid with
musical instruments and filigree with a 3 row border, the 4 sides of the
case are rosewood grained. Inside has a glass paneled dust cover, spring
driven mechanism ratchet crank lever on the left side, start/stop &
repeat/change switches on the right; plays 8 tunes on an 11 in. brass
cylinder with 62 teeth on the steel comb. In good running condition, no
broken teeth, minor veneer loss to the lid. 6 in. high x 20.5 in. wide x 9
in. deep.

rear mounted support arm, 10 in. spring driven turntable, colorful decal
on the side reads “Grand Busy Bee, Sole Owners, Oneil, James Co.
Chicago”. 8 panel horn with scalloped rim, repainted maroon with gilt
highlighted ribs and has a Mobley diaphragm reproducer. Stamped
serial number on the motor chassis 28350. Overall dimensions 24 in.

Fairbanks Standard Antique Doctors Scale. Cast iron base with wheels
and handles, stenciled design and diamond pattern foot-plate with
“Fairbanks” banner; tall square mahogany post mounted on the front
with a sliding measuring stick and measuring meter on the top having a
worn silvered finish. Signed with Fairbanks Standard globe decal on the
front. Scale is not working, the forked mount at the top with balance
points for the cross bar is slightly bent. 57 in. high x 32 in. 27 in. wide x
32 in. deep.

Bing Crosby Junior Juke Model 999. Tin sides painted with filigree and
dancing children, the front has red plastic framed with curved light-up
plastic bordering the edges and yellow plastic front panel with back
lights. Has an electric driven turn table with plastic tone arm; banner on
the front reads “Project of, Bing Crosby, Research Foundation, Junior
Juke”. In good condition, has a minor crack to the red plastic on the top.
Made by The Lindstrom Corp. circa 1948. 16.5 in. high x 15.5 in. wide
x 13.5 in. deep.

Winel Gramophone Record Filing Cabinet. Beautiful oak 2 door cabinet
with inset panels on the doors and the sides, stands on shaped feet. The
interior has 10 slide out shelves; each shelf has 10 stacked envelope
sleeves to hold a 10 in. record. The sleeves are attached to a burlap
strap, that when the shelf slides out the stacked folders gradually pull
out with the top one remaining at the rear and the bottom folder sliding

a loop at the end, the idea of the game is to try and move the loop from

there is a plastic light-up display inset behind, gauging various levels of
sobriety from right to left. In good working condition. 20 in. high x 21
