One of the most central and important themes in the Building Industry throughout the world today is that of optimal Long Term protection of Buildings and Building Materials through ecologically friendly and economical means. One of the main reasons for early deterioration and thus the collapse of buildings and building fascias, can be quite simply traced to the influence of water on the materials. Water in Brickwork & Plaster becomes a means of transport for damaging materials such as Sulphate and Chloride. The result is crystallisation („flowering“). Other damage is caused by moss, Algae etc, which are all attracted by water or Damp. As one knows this also leads to a large loss of heat and thus a lot more Energy is required. eazY CLEAN Protective Coatings and special environmentally friendly cleaning materials are the ideal solution to these problems. The coated Substrate retains its natural diffusion even if coated on both sides, whilst at the same time effectively resisting the penetration of water. Condensations which occur within buildings are still able to disperse, quite naturally, through the coated surface – Harmful Sulphates, Carbonates and Chlorides however are not!! Withstands Long Term Regular Cleaning incl. use of High Pressure Systems with up to approx 80 bar!!! eazY CLEAN NANO Wood & Stone Coatings Stone and Wood Protective Coating is invisible, extremely hard wearing and Resistant to water-, oil- and dirt particles. It is completely free from organic chemicals such as Tensides, Enzymes etc. There are two main kinds of Wood and Stone/Floor coatings. One water based coating for Porous surfaces and one alcohol based coating for non Porous weakly absorbent surfaces. These Products can be applied to the surface of a huge variety of opened pored mineral surfaces or non porous materials. Some examples are: Cladding Chalk Concrete Walls Concrete Sandstone Red Brick Granite Application Instructions The Surface to be coated must be clean, dry and Fat Free. All Algae, Moss, Crystallisations and any other dirt particles must be completely removed. We recommend the use of our NANO Power Cleaner or our Wood and Stone Cleaner which is especially good for surfaces already affected by black Algae & Moss. We recommend the coating application be applied using an airless spray gun with a fine 1.0 or 1.3mm Jet. The Protective Coating material must be equally applied from the bottom to the top. It can also be applied using a Hand Pressure (Garden Type) Sprayer. Whichever method is chosen it is important to create a very fine coating on the surface. To reduce the chance of „Overlapping“ the NANO Coating should be applied in one go. Once the first coat is applied, it is recommend that a second coat be applied whilst the surface is still damp (wet-in-wet system). It should then be left to cure for approximately 12-24 hours depending upon humidity. In the case of Non Porous surfaces, the coating must be applied in fine spray in order to ensure there are no runs left on the coated substrate. The surface drying time is approx 60 minutes at a temperature of +20°C. The complete curing process takes approx 24 hours though the effects of the coating are immediately apparent after surface drying . The application temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C. IMPORTANT - DO NOT APPLY WHEN WET, IN RAIN! Coated surfaces are extremely hard wearing and much easier to keep clean. We recommend only water once a surface is coated however should it be necessary to use a cleaner we recommend our NANO Bio Cleaner Concentrate for the environmentally safe removal of any stubborn particles. Uncoated, Uncleaned Surface Coated, cleaned surface Length of Protection Coated surfaces give long term Protection against Water, Oil and dirt Particles. The coating undergoes an environmentally friendly chemical reaction when placed of the surface. The top surface, once hardened out can only be removed by mechanical means (Heavy abrasion, sanding etc). The coating, if applied correctly, will last for extremely long periods! Obviously weather conditions, the amount of abrasiveness or mechanical pressures that are placed on the coated material will all make a difference to the longevity of the coating! A coating for Porous surfaces such as walls and roofs will last anywhere up to 5-10, perhaps even 15 years – the pearling effect will disappear after approx. 1-2 years but the “easy to clean” /Anti Moss effect remains. On a Non Porous surface or Floors it will generally last approx 3-5 years. Coated Uncoated Graffiti-Protection Systems NANO PAG WATER BASED!!! This is absolutely new and completely revolutionary. NANO PAG Protective Coating WATER BASED Application Instructions Shake the bottle for approximately 2 Minutes. The Protective Coating should be applied using a Spray System (1.0/1.3mm Jet) or a Roller. A total of two coats should be applied. A second coat should only be applied in a Wet/wet system one coat horizontally, one coat vertically. The second coat should be applied after the initial coat has had time to adhere but is still damp. The coating should not be allowed to become wet during the 4-6 hrs thereafter – whilst the protection is given after the 4-6 hrs full curing takes approx. 24 hrs. Drying times: Dosage: 1 h – Dust dry 50-100ml/m² 4 -6 h – Dry 12-24 h – fully cured Outside and Building Temperature: +10 °C to +30 °C Graffiti Removal Graffiti Removal GEL NOW WATER BASED!! Graffiti removal utilising the Graffiti Gel: The Intensive cleaner has been specially developed to ensure the complete removal of Spray Paints, Felt Tip, Biro, Car and Special Paints. Simply wipe or roll on the surface, if necessary use a scrubbing brush and a Cloth to remove the Paint etc. Afterwards wash or hose down the wall with clean water. This Product can be used on most Surfaces such as, Closed Concrete, Hard baked Building brickwork, Tiles, Metal and Glass. BE CAREFUL WITH PAINTED SURFACES – always try a small undisclosed area first.
