You must be an E-Club Member to place an advertisement/announcement in the E-Trader. To place an ad, go to www.e-club.org and click on the “submit an
E-Trader ad” link. The ad MUST include the name of the E-Club member responsible for the ad, the price for each product, and a phone number. Ads may
contain up to 40 words (includes name and phone number). E-mail and Web site addresses are not permitted in the ad, nor are all capital letters. For
verification purposes, the E-Club member’s extension and clock number are required when the ad is submitted. The deadline for placing an ad is 12:00 noon
the Friday prior to the week of the publication. Please limit ads to three (3) per week. The same ad may be run for three (3) consecutive weeks (with the
exception of timeshare and vacation rental property – 2 consecutive weeks, 2 weeks off) and must be resubmitted each week. The E-Club Board has the
right to edit or refuse any ad and is not responsible for actions taken by the seller or buyer. Ads for guns, ammunition, or other firearm-related items will not
be accepted. (Contact Majors Gun Club for details on advertising these items.) Real estate property to sell or rent can only be submitted by the owner, i.e.,
