Pequea Machine
The Pequea Machine building is a 97,400 sq. ft. office and manufacturing facility located in
New Holland, PA. The floor area includes 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, 7,800 sq. ft. of
administrative offices, and 29,600 sq. ft. of partially enclosed exterior storage. In addition there is a semi-detached 450
sq. ft. paint room. The main building has galvalume standing seam roof panels and pre-finished painted wall panels, and
the office building has painted architectural standing seam roof panels and pre-finished painted wall panels. In addition,
the main building has regular block masonry walls to 5’-0” A.F.F. at its perimeter, and the office building has architectural
split face block masonry to 5’-0” A.F.F. at its perimeter. The manufacturing area has several overhead cranes integrated
into the building structure. The
office fit-out was provided by
Scenic Ridge Construction.
