All Regal holiday homes come with a 2 year warranty and are personally inspected and signed off by one of the owners of the business prior to delivery to you. Our premier range Autograph is comprehensively equipped bringing together modern stylish looks with the finest in design, quality of construction and superior specification. The beautifully furnished lounge enjoys the benefit of large outlook doors enabling you to bring the outside world in. With the benefit of plenty of mood lighting, a flame effect remote control electric fire, a comfortable modular sofa with “chaise longue” end, and units finished in a warm light wood, the lounge provides a tranquil haven in this welcoming holiday home. The superb kitchen layout is tastefully finished in cappuccino shaker style doors with a stylish glass curved extractor hood covering the oven and separate grill. The glass fronted split-level wall units incorporating feature lighting combine with a large integrated fridge freezer providing a high specification in this truly desirable holiday home. The subtle and imaginative use of quality design and finish continues through to the master bedroom, with en suite, spacious additional second bedroom and family size shower room. From the rigid vinyl exterior with additional insulation through to the important interior finishes the Autograph is both visually striking from the outside and comfortable inside throughout the seasons. The thirteen foot wide Autograph model has a dual pitch rafter with a 100mm fibre insulation, a breathable moisture resistant membrane and Versasteel plastisol tile effect roof sheets. The twelve foot wide Inspiration and Elegance have 100mm fibre insulation with a breathable moisture resistant membrane and Versasteel plastisol tile effect roof sheets. The Reflection models have a single pitch rafter with 50mm fibre insulation. Wall Construction - The Autograph has 3mm vinyl wall papered decorative internal wall boards, 50mm studding incorporating 50mm polystyrene insulation, 9mm exterior ply, breathable moisture membrane, with fixing batons and a ridged plastic panelled exterior with a choice of cladding colour options. The Inspiration, Elegance and Reflection 12ft wide models have 3mm vinyl wall papered decorative internal wall boards, 50mm studding incorporating 50mm polystyrene insulation with an aluminium panelled exterior. The10ft wide Reflection models have 30mm studding and 30mm insulation. Floor Construction - Breathable flame retardant polythene membrane with 50mm fibre under floor insulation with P5 moisture resistant Chipboard flooring installed on all Autograph, Inspiration and Elegance models and 25mm under floor insulation to Reflection models. Window Systems - Aluminium single glazed windows as standard on the Reflection, PVCu single glazed windows as standard on the Elegance (double glazing on the Autograph and Inspiration models). Optional colour finishes on request. Chassis - Black painted chassis or optional pre-galvanised if required (standard on the Autograph model). QUALITY AND SAFETY ASSURED At Regal Holiday Homes we are committed to providing the very best in comfort and safety for our customers. All of our models are built in accordance with British and European standards EN1647 and EN1949 and certified by the National Caravan Council (NCC). Fire extinguisher, smoke and CO detectors are fitted as standard. Gas fired central heating - Provided for all round comfort with domestic radiators available as an option on all models and standard in the Autograph. Current installations feature quality Worcester Bosch CombiBoilers dependant on model. If central heating is not fitted Morco water heaters are used. One piece roof construction - Provides extra strength to our roofs and includes up to Grade D snow loading. Appliances - All current Regal models are fitted with branded appliances where applicable, including a builtin or free standing gas cooker, fridge freezer and modern fire with remote control. Thermostatic Showers - All of our showers are fitted with thermostatic mixer valves as standard for your added safety and to prevent scalding.
