His backcountry cuisine is delicious and so are his stories. After gathering ‘round the fire pit to hear the history of Dutch oven cooking, guests can join Cee Dub in preparing a breakfast consisting of a cowboy quiche and sourdough biscuits. Guests can also participate in an iconic Cee Dub Chuck Wagon Dinner, featuring a scenic wagon ride and an epic Dutch oven feast highlighted by prime rib, Crab Rockefeller and fresh berry cobbler. Whether you treat yourself to a cowboy breakfast, a Cee Dub Chuck Wagon outing or a Dutch oven cooking class, you’re guaranteed to leave with a full belly and a panoramic Paws Up smile. While he served as a patrolman for the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Cee Dub began catering and writing on the side. Eventually, he traded his holster for an apron and is now a full-time chef, author and educator. He has hosted his own cooking show, Dutch Oven & Camp Cooking, on public television and has written three cookbooks with more on the way.
