THE PROPERTY
Experience Unspoiled IDAHO
Originally a homesteaded cattle
ranch, Lazy Triple Creek Ranch has
the feel of the old west, but with all
of the finest ranch amenities. The
ranch has world-class clay courses,
rifle and pistol ranges. Cutthroat and
brook trout live in the property’s
creeks. Canyon Creek flows through
the ranch and has been called the
most important spawning creek in
the lower Teton River drainage by the
Idaho Fish and Game Department.
The ranch and surrounding National
Forest provide excellent habitat for
deer, elk and moose. On the plateaus
there are over four hundred acres of
barley harvested each year in addition
to dedicated food plots providing
feed for upland birds. In the property’s
heart lie three acres of pastureland
with a creek running through it,
making the spot ideal for horses.
With four dramatic plateaus, four
sagebrush-lined canyons and vast
acres of native grasses and crops, the
property embodies the real west.

BIRD SHOOTING
A SPORTSMAN’S PARADISE
The ranch is set up for high-end
bird-shooting combining European
traditions with Western sensibilities.
Native sharp-tail and ruffed grouse
inhabit the ranch. Pheasants and
chucker are released each season for
European-style driven shooting and
walk-up shooting over dogs. There
are many drives on the ranch that
can accommodate beginners as well
as advanced shooters. Depending on
the drive, birds can be presented to a
line of eight guns between 20 to 50
yards high. A portion of the arable
land is dedicated to bird-attracting
cover crops of corn and sunflowers.
The ranch also has a dog kennel with
15 runs. Duck hunting is available
to members on a nearby farm with
warm water sloughs and grain crops
that attract ducks well into the winter.
