graduation rehearsals. A l lparticipants are to report at 9:00 A M o n Tuesday, M a y 1 7 * a n d
Wednesday, M a y18*, i n t h e Lanny Williams Memorial G y m n a s i u m (South Gym). Failure
to a t t e n d b o t h practices m a y result i n reassignment o fseat location for graduation.
DRESS CODE
Students are expected to be i n compliance w i t h t h e District Student Dress Code as t h e
guideline for t h e graduates' dress for all graduation practices a n d events.
Specific regulations include:
a) P r a c t i c e s e s s i o n s - c a s u a l d r e s s a l l o w e d v r i t h i n r e g u l a r s c h o o l g u i d e l i n e s .
b) H o n o r s A s s e m b l y - c a p s a n d gownis r e q u i r e d ( l o n g p a n t s , d r e s s e s , s h i r t , a n d s h o e s n o f l i p flops). On the evening of the Honors Assembly, participating seniors will
report to the Fine Arts Auditorium with their cap and gown.
c) G r a d u a t i o n - c a p s a n d g o w n s r e q u i r e d ( l o n g p a n t s , d r e s s e s , s h i r t , a n d s h o e s - n o
f l i p f l o p s ) . On the evening of Graduation, all graduates will report to the Lanny
Williams Gym entering through the southwest entrance ONLY. Students must
carry their cap and gown to this area. Upon entering the gym, students will
not be allowed to leave. Please leave all bags, cameras, cell phones, keys and
personal items with your family and/or guests as you will not be allowed to
keep them with you during the ceremony.

of 1 8 years on May 1 8 , 2 0 1 6 a c a l l w i l l be placed to their g u a r d i a n or parent to a r r a n g e for permission for the student to leave the
event. F o r students 1 8 years or older on May 1 8 , 2 0 1 6 a courtesy call will be made to the parent and/or g u a r d i a n letting
them
know the graduate
