David Christenson President / CEO 3 MEMBER Information ONLINE, Mobile and Telephone Banking 4 Key Dates What’s Happening Action NOV. 2 Your new Connexus member number will be your current Endura Financial member number preceded by “88.” For example, if your current member number is “12345,” then your new Connexus member number will be “8812345.” Please begin using your new Connexus member number starting November 2. You will receive a second mailing in October with your new membership and checking account numbers. NOV. 2 Endura Financial discontinued its Shared Branching program on August 1. This means you can no longer perform banking services at non-Endura Financial/Connexus branches. Continue to access thousands of surcharge-free CO-OP and MoneyPass ATMs and Online & Mobile Banking services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NOV. 2 Endura Financial branches will be open as usual on November 2. Member Call Center hours will be extended from November 2-6, 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Central Time. Please call us at 800.845.5025 if you have questions. NOV. 2 Endura Financial eStatement history will be available in Connexus Online Banking after Noon Central Time on November 2. If you currently receive eStatements, you will have access up to two years of eStatement history in Connexus Online Banking. Pg 13 OCT. 25 October 25 is the last day to setup new payments in Endura Financial Bill Pay. You may schedule or edit payments through Endura Financial Bill Pay until October 25, 11:59 pm Central Time. Pg 12 OCT. 26 NOV. 2 Endura Financial Bill Pay will be unavailable starting October 26. No additions or adjustments can be made after this time. Payments set-up prior to October 26 will be processed as scheduled. Connexus Bill Pay will be available after Noon Central Time on November 2. Review and adjust your Bill Pay account prior to October 26. Register for Connexus Online Banking after Noon Central Time on November 2. After you have registered for Online Banking, please verify that all payments scheduled between October 26 and November 2 processed as expected, and that all future scheduled payments are set up correctly. Pg 12 OCT. 30 NOV. 2 Endura Financial Online & Mobile Banking and other services will be permanently unavailable as of 5:00 pm Central Time on October 30. You can register for Connexus Online Banking after Noon Central Time on November 2, then download the free Connexus Mobile App through the App StoreSM or Google PlayTM. Pg 10 Transaction alert notifications set up in Endura Financial Online Banking will not carry over to Connexus Online Banking; however, new alerts can be created. Create new transaction alert notifications in Connexus Online Banking anytime after Noon Central Time on November 2. You can set up notifications through Online Banking via Settings/Notifications. Endura Financial Telephone Banking will be permanently unavailable as of 5:00 pm Central Time on October 30. Sign-up for Connexus Telephone Banking anytime after Noon Central Time on November 2 by calling 800.438.2747. Follow the prompts to register using the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number. Your Endura Financial checks will continue to process as normal. You can continue to use your current Endura checks and deposit slips. When you need to order more checks, please call us. October 9 is the last day you can order Endura Financial checks. Pg 14 NOV. 2 Your Direct Deposits, Electronic Deposits and Withdrawals (ACH) established with your former Endura Financial accounts will automatically be redirected to your Connexus accounts starting October 31. Connexus will work on your behalf to update the account number, member number and ABA/Routing number (275982296) with the transaction originator (employer, retirement plan, etc.). We will notify the originator of the change; however, they may require action on your part to confirm the change. If the originator reaches out to you and requires a confirmation, please comply promptly for easy transition. Any remote transfers established with other financial institutions will need to be re-established within Connexus Online Banking. The first time you log-in you will establish the following: Once the password requirements are established on a device (home computer, tablet, etc.) you will be able to select ‘Remember Device’ and skip these questions in future logins from that device.
