SKS metaplast Scheffer-Klute hereby declares that all manufactured products conform to
RoHS according to the 2011/65/EC Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council
dated 08.06.2011 in order to restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electric and
electronic devices. SKS metaplast Scheffer-Klute hereby declares that its products do not
contain any of the subsequently listed substances in accordance with the stipulated threshold
values.

All of our products are manufactured in conformity with the RoHS Directive.
Our suppliers were asked to provide a written confirmation to state compliance with all of
their duties arising from the RoHS Directive in order to not endanger the further delivery
capability of our creations. Furthermore, our General Terms of Purchasing contain the
explicit request to our contract partners to exclusively supply us with articles that meet the
relevant legal stipulations and the official directives.
In the improbable event of a change to our delivery capability caused by RoHS, we would
promptly inform you and agree suitable measures with you.
