• The MFX-C2700 produces high-speed color output at up to
27 pages-per-minute (31 page-per-minute monochrome)
• Advanced color technology sharpens output to produce rich,
high-quality documents using ordinary office paper
• PCL 5c / 6 and PostScript3 emulations enable printing from
a variety of operating systems and network environments
• Secure printing suppresses document printout until a password
has been entered on the control panel
• The MFX-C2700 can print on a variety of media including
3" x 5" postcards, recycled paper, waterproof paper, envelopes,
labels and even 8.5" x 35.4" banner paper
• High-speed USB 2.0 port and 10/100 BaseT Ethernet port offer
connections for both local and networked PC’s
• 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder (RADF) efficiently
captures two-sided, multi-page documents
• 8.5" x 11" platen glass enables the seamless copying of carbon
papers, bound documents, photos, coated identification cards and
other media that is not suitable for the RADF
• 250-sheet paper cassette supports paper sizes up to 8.5" x 14".
The 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray supports postcards,
labels, 80 lb. cover stock, envelopes, waterproof paper and
8.5" x 35.4" banner sheets.
• A 530-sheet paper cassette can be added to bring the total
paper capacity to 880-sheets
• Supports mixed original (letter / legal) copying

The MFX-C2700 is a compact color multifunctional printer (MFP) that combines
printing, copying, scanning and faxing into a single, easy-to-use device. The
MFX-C2700 is the perfect solution for small businesses, regional offices and
corporate workgroups who would like to cost-effectively print and scan color
documents within their workspace.

50-sheet reversing automatic
document feeder enables the copying,
faxing and scanning of multi-page, two-sided
originals without having to break them into
multiple sets. Also supports mixed original
copying.
The 8.5" x 11" platen glass seamlessly
captures documents that are not appropriate
for the RADF including carbon forms, coated
identification cards, bound originals, photos
and more.

The MFX-C2700 is more than just a color printing solution. With the ability to electronically capture hardcopy documents
and deliver them to e-mail addresses, PC locations, fax terminals and USB drives, the MFX-C2700 is a key component in the
document lifecycle.
E-mail
Fax
• Deliver documents directly to an e-mail inbox to reduce
paper consumption.
• 33.6 Kbps fax modem transmits documents at up to
3 seconds-per-page.
• Utilize the intuitive QWERTY keypad to customize the file
name (document being scanned), subject line (the subject
that will appear in the e-mail inbox) and text message
(body of the e-mail). Users can also enter their e-mail
address in the “Reply To:” field to enable the recipient to
directly respond to the sender.
• Store up to 100 fax numbers in the address book for
instant recall. 16 locations can be selected directly from the
control panel.
• Manually enter e-mail addresses using the QWERTY
keypad, or select a location from the e-mail address book.
The address book can contain up to 100 e-mail contacts.
• Supports LDAP directory look-up.
PC
• Deliver documents to a PC folder to create digital archives.
• Utilize the intuitive QWERTY keypad to customize the file
name (document being scanned).
• Deliver documents to a PC folder at the touch of a button
utilizing scan profiles.
• Scan documents to an FTP location to securely share
documents with multiple users.
• Quickly send documents from a PC using the fax driver.
• Route inbound fax documents to an e-mail address to reduce
paper consumption, increase document security and receive
critical communication when out-of-the-office.
• Generate a confirmation report to show whether a fax
transmission was successful.
• T.37 Internet Faxing is supported.
USB
• Quickly and securely digitize documents,
without a PC, by capturing images directly
onto a USB flash drive via the frontmounted USB port.
• Documents can be printed directly from
a USB flash drive. Supported file formats
