Experience Prior to joining SRS, Lily was a leasing representative with The Sembler Company where she specialized in retail leasing for existing developments, both third party and Sembler owned, and pre-leasing of new developments. She joined Sembler in 2003 as a lease administrator and was promoted to leasing representative within 2 years. She worked on such developments as: The Prado, Deerfield Place, Edgewood Retail District, Midtown Place, Lindbergh Plaza, Park Place and Perimeter Place. Community/Personal Information Lily is a licensed salesperson in Georgia and Tennessee. She was Chair of the 2014 Southeast ICSC Program Planning Committee. Lily has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2012 and 2013.
