Lily joined SRS in 2010 as a Senior Associate and has over 14 years of retail real estate experience.
Lily specializes in landlord representation, predominantly pre-leasing new developments and intown redevelopments. She is currently working on
Krog Street Market for Paces Properties, a 30,000sf redevelopment of the Atlanta Stoveworks in Inman Park with a concentration on local restaurants
and market stalls. Lily is also working with Core Property Capital on a new development on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, focusing on chef driven
restaurants and local boutiques.
Experience
Prior to joining SRS, Lily was a leasing representative with The Sembler Company where she specialized in retail leasing for existing developments, both
third party and Sembler owned, and pre-leasing of new developments. She joined Sembler in 2003 as a lease administrator and was promoted to leasing
representative within 2 years. She worked on such developments as: The Prado, Deerfield Place, Edgewood Retail District, Midtown Place, Lindbergh
Plaza, Park Place and Perimeter Place.
Community/Personal Information
Lily is a licensed salesperson in Georgia and Tennessee. She was Chair of the 2014 Southeast ICSC Program Planning Committee. Lily has been
recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2012 and 2013. She received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club recognition in 2012,
2013, 2015 and was named a Top Ten Retail Producer in 2014.
