Toro Run Winery, Hospitality Concepts Group and the Gould Hotel would like to congratulate you on your very special
day! We are absolutely honored that you would consider us for such an important occasion. We look forward to
delivering your every expectation. Once you have reviewed this information, we will be more than happy to answer any
questions, guide you through the process and tailor an event that you will remember forever.
This brochure is designed to help you plan your very special wedding at Toro Run Winery. Please read over all the topics
and when contacting us be sure to include the date and time you would like your wedding as well as the number of guests

About Toro Run Winery
In 2005 while at a restaurant show, two finger lake natives and long time friends, Chris and
Jim pursued their dreams of owning a vineyard. Shortly there after, upon looking at a few sites,
the dream became a reality with the purchase of 64-acres of land overlooking Cayuga Lake. In
the height of the real estate boom, the partners quickly had to outbid an interested party for
the land they knew would become the future home of Toro Run Winery.
Over the next two years the owners along with family, friends, and local contractors cleared
land and built a vineyard community with ten 1-acre lots. Along the way 11 acres of land was
cultivated and prepped for planting. In 2009 with the assistance from a local nursery and
Cornell University where Jim holds a degree in Agricultural Economics, while Chris attended
UC Davis and studied Victiculture and Enology, 15,000 vines were planted.
2012 was a landmark year for Toro Run. Their first full harvest coincided with the completion of a 5,000 square foot
state of the art production center. The facility being built into the embankment on the hill, allows for the collection of
nutrient rich water used on the vines and allows for natural cooling and temperature regulation. Chris and Jim’s vision
was to capture the essence of the Finger Lakes spectacular views and climate. We invite you to come and enjoy the
natural beauty and serenity of the Finger Lakes Wine Region.
About Hospitality Concepts Group and The Gould Hotel
Hospitality Concepts Group is a Central New York hospitality management company which proudly
operates 6 fine boutique hotels and restaurants in the Central New York and Finger Lakes area.
HCG also offers off site catering to any location in New York, including the Grape View Terrace at
Toro Run Winery.
Hospitality Concepts Group manages the Gould Hotel, a beautiful historic property in the heart of
Seneca Falls. Construction of the original hotel began in 1919 and the structure would be named The
Gould Hotel after its main financier, Gould Manufacturing Company. Beyond its fantastic location,
The Gould Hotel featured gorgeous Spanish style architecture, newly renovated guest rooms, elaborate banquet facilities
and a renowned restaurant.

SCHEDULING YOUR EVENT / RESERVING A DATE
Toro Run schedules daytime and evening weddings, any day of the week. All sites (except tasting room and deck) are
scheduled based upon availability. Tasting Room and Deck are available based upon hours of operation and availability.
There may be more than one event scheduled on any given day. Site rental fees may be subject to change as the hours of
operation are a priority for the winery and high site demand weekends go quickly. Please contact us at
weave@tororunwinery.com to schedule a site visit and to discuss timing for your event.
DEPOSIT TO RESERVE A DATE
A nonrefundable but deductible deposit is required to reserve a date. All deposits will be deducted from your final bill.
In the event of cancellation, Toro Run reserves the right to retain deposit.
Deposits: Grape View Terrace: $800, Upper Lakeview Site: $100, Pavilion Picnic Area: $50, Tasting Room: $500
HCG Catering Deposit: $500.00
The last page of this brochure is a confirmation form that should be returned with the Toro Run deposit.

CEREMONIES
Toro Run has a breathless vista location at the top of the property that offers one of the most
beautiful views in the Finger Lakes. Toro Run schedules both daytime and evening events.
FACILITIES
Bathroom facilities are the responsibility of the client and need to be secured in order to hold your event. Facilities range
from standard mobile restrooms to luxurious air conditioned trailers. It all depends on your budget and preference.
Handicapped facilities are available onsite, please coordinate this with us prior to your event.
RENTALS
A list of rental items needed will be provided. The list can be customized to your needs and budget. We can coordinate
all rentals for you. We will be happy to discuss with you the many options for customizing your event such as tents, uplighting, chandeliers, dance floor, tables, chairs, chair covers, linen choices, color options etc.
GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS & ROOM BLOCKS
There is a rental home on property at Toro Run which sleeps 8 comfortably. Ranging from $250$450 per night.
Additionally, Hospitality Concepts and the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls
offers group rates and discounts. With a room block of 10 rooms or
more, the bridal couple receives a complimentary guest room at the
Gould Hotel. Continental breakfast is included with every guest’s stay. Full breakfast and
brunch buffets the morning following your ceremony are also available at an additional cost.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Inclement weather can be unpredictable and may effect your event. Tents are available with sides, heaters and other
comfort amenities. Toro Run is also supported by state-of-the-art generators, if the necessity should arise.
EXCLUSIVITY
Your site rental includes exclusive use of the areas you have reserved. The tasting room at Toro Run is open to the public
during hours of operation, and is separate from our other event spaces. The tasting room is available for private events
and will be closed to the public if is it reserved. Site fees for the tasting room vary depending on hours
of operation and availability.
CATERING
Catering at Toro Run is provided by Hospitality Concepts operating The Gould Hotel. Located in
Seneca Falls, NY, the Gould Hotel offers onsite catering at Toro Run, which is completely customized
for each event. Our chefs take pride in utilizing the freshest local ingredients upon request, and
serving a deliciously memorable meal on your unforgettable day. Meals are served plated or buffet
style, with many options to choose from. In addition to the options below, we are happy to customize
menus for your event.

Toro Run Winery offers a special Spanish Style party featuring our famous house made paella. This unique event is
perfect for a rehearsal dinner, welcome party or any other gathering.

Toro Run Winery offers breath taking views and award winning wines allowing you to sit back and take in the show as
everything is prepared while stimulating all of your senses at the same time.
True authentic Valencian Paella is made just a few feet away. This culinary treat with have your mouth watering while
your eyes focus on a 700 year old tradition. Also included are our stuffed mushrooms, a classic 100 year old recipe from
Madrid, Spain. Stuffed with parsley, chorizo and garlic they are cooked with salt, sun flower oil and topped with lemon
juice. The Pamplona Chorizo and Manchego cheese are both imported from Spain.
The wine and beer can be set up as an open bar (based on consumption of whole bottles) or cash bar.

The Gould Hotel is an elegant and inviting venue for your rehearsal dinner. Choose from our pre-planned menus or we'll

BEVERAGE OPTIONS
All wine served is award wining Toro Run, chosen by you. Substitutions in Beverage Menu including limited open bar,
open bar and consumption bar available. Choice of call brands and premium brands. Beer and wine selections are subject
to change. Special requests will be considered and pricing may change accordingly.
GUEST COUNTS
Your total person count including adults, children and outside vendors is due 14 days prior to your event. We are
generally able to accommodate nominal increases in guests, however we are not able to decrease the guaranteed count
less than 14 days prior to your event.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
Toro Run and Gould Hotel catering will provide you with separate bills. Payment is due on the date of event. Please see
Gould catering contract and Toro Run contract for additional details. We accept cash, check, American express,
mastercard, visa and discover.
DRESSING ROOM
A dressing area for the bridal party is made available at Toro Run.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
We are happy to provide shuttle services. We work with a local limo company and
will work with you to arrange shuttles based on your needs.
PARKING
Toro Run has plenty of room for parking for up to 500 guests. We can offer valet service at an additional cost if needed.
CHILDREN AT TORO RUN
Children are welcome at Toro Run for events at Grape View Terrace. Parents must assume responsibility for children at
all times.
PETS AT WEDDINGS
If the wedding couple chooses to have a pet participate in the wedding ceremony, this is permitted with advance notice.
We asked that you designate someone as a handler for the pet, so he or she does not become a distraction. We ask that
you clean up after your pet.
