Gangsters like Al “Scarface” Capone, “Polack” Joe Saltis, and George “Bugs” Moran turned Wisconsin into their own personal criminal vacationland, entertaining associates in their up-north fortresses while running illegal speakeasies, gambling halls, brothels and bootlegging operations. On any given night, law-abiding Wisconsinites could eat, drink, dance and mingle alongside some of the nation’s deadliest criminals. During the 1930s, the bootleggers gave way to the more notorious bank robbers. Soon, hardened crooks like George “Baby Face” Nelson, Alvin “Creepy” Karpis and John Dillinger were frolicking around their Wisconsin playground. Today Wisconsin is the playground of many type of groups in the LGBT community, weather you’re a Leatherman, Bear, Otter, Wolf, Pup Daddy, Boy, Sir Master, Dom, Sub Top, or Bottom. So put on your Zoot Suit, gas up the Packard and go on the lam to explore Farm has to offer at the Midwest largest LGBT retreat.
