SPRING ISSUE 2016 PLUS TARGET STORES COMMERCE BANK INNOVATIVE OBJECTS ROGERS FIRE STATION MSSU BASEBALL STADIUM AND MORE.... 1 Arkansas Office 1800 S 52nd St, Ste 400 Rogers, AR 72758 T: 479.464.7077 F: 479.464.7050 Red Iron’s Corner Since 1977, Crossland Construction has transformed from a small local construction company into a leader within our industry. We’ve expanded into a regional company with eight offices, maintaining licenses in 37 states. We’ve expanded our subcontractor base by working with over 1,300 subcontractors to complete over 1,100 jobs each year. Last but not least, we’ve expanded on our client services. Crossland continually strives to be good stewards of our client’s finances, treating every project as important as the other, and upholding our client relationships as our most valued commodity. As we look to the future, I am excited about the opportunities that lay ahead, knowing that to achieve these we must continue our transformation. Over the last year, a small group of individuals has been working hard to develop a strategic plan to guide us through the coming years. Our primary objective is to ensure Crossland remains a great place to work and continually provide opportunities for employee growth for generations to come. We have set our sights on two main goals that we feel will both bolster and propel our company going forward. “Establishing a succession plan, geographic footprint and structure while utilizing the best talent in the industry” - promises to keep our core values alive and creates the foundation to ensure our culture is unchanged. “Consistently being recognized in Engineering News Records Top 50 Contractors by our 50th anniversary” – provides the stability for continual growth personally, professionally, and within our communities. Milestones like these are not achieved by chance. They require a well-defined blueprint, and this group has done a tremendous job laying the groundwork on how to get there. We have aimed high, knowing that we have the best team in the industry to accomplish these goals. As I look to the future, I’m excited and confident about the impact we can have on our employees, clients, partners and communities.
