ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-8-2 OF THE MONROE CITY CODE:
PERMITTED USES IN THE B-2 ZONING DISTRICT
THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Monroe do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 5-8-2 of the Monroe City Code is hereby amended by deleting the following use as a
permitted use:
Automotive sales, servicing and repair.
SECTION 2: Section 5-8-2 of the Monroe City Code is hereby amended by adding the following use as a
permitted use:
Automotive and light truck sales, servicing and repair.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force the day following its passage and official publication.
