Tips & Suggestions Continued Changing Texture - Adding more liquid by 1-2 tsp will make a more brownie-like texture. Reducing liquid by 1-2 tsp and/or cooking slightly longer will make a more fluffy & dryer cake-like texture. You can take it as far as going as dry as a macaroon texture. Substituting Liquids - You can easily substitute healthy liquids for the water in any recipe.
