Think Like and Engineer, Speak Like a Leader
The ins and outs of high-performance engineering leadership
General Session / Breakout / Webinar
Engineering management done correctly balances the needs of technical
requirements, growing people, and keeping an eye on the business. As an
engineer, technical lead, engineering manager, or engineering executive, your
ability to build trust and influence is key to your success and the success of the
people you lead. Whether it's a functional team, a team of managers, or a project
team, people get more done when they work together effectively and
harmoniously. That's not as easy as it sounds. Almost all engineering leaders
struggle with what role they play at some point or another.
On the other hand, successful engineering leaders deliver results, carry out
difficult tasks, and make better decisions. This program will show you how to
leverage your ability to think like an engineer in the context of performance
leadership and help you move to the next level, no matter where you are right
now.
Andrei understands leading for performance in the context of engineering and
how you can become more effective. He can help you unlock your team’s
potential and accelerate your team's success.
You will learn…


How to create the conditions that enable team success
How the Five Laws of Success make it easy to build trust and influence with
others
 How getting your best thinking on one page can catapult your ability to
bring the best out of each person on your team.
 The art of building a team for efficiency, stability, and performance
