TXPIT7009 70” PIT BOX ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Professional Tools and Equipment PROFESSIONAL STEEL CABINET MANUAL TXPIT7009 70” PIT BOX TO REMOVE DRAWERS RAISE & RELEASE DRAWER FRONTS • Pull drawer out so it’s almost fully extended • Push UP right hand black release lever, at the same time push DOWN left hand black release lever • While holding the levers in the positions as instructed from above, pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer side. The Pit Box is equipped with raise and release drawer fronts. To open, lift up on the drawer front while pulling drawer towards you. PUSH UP (RIGHT HAND SIDE) To close, shut the drawer firmly until the latch engages. If the drawer does not stay closed the hook may be bent, or it may rub against the drawer slides. To fix this problem lightly bend the hook until the drawer will engage in the slide PUSH DOWN (LEFT HAND SIDE) MAINTENANCE • Lubricate the slides (twice a year) • Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer trim and other surfaces should be cleaned with mild detergent and water. • Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a a nonflammable cleaning fluid. • Periodically check tires for pressure levels. Insert the brackets on each side of the drawer into slots in the cabinet slides, being careful that they are properly positioned. 1. Replacement keys may be ordered, the code which appears on the face of the lock is required. 2. Give the information for service parts: part number and quantity. Once properly inserted, completely close the drawer to set the slides in their proper positions. 1 FLAT REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS • If air leakage occurs after use for a long time, check tire, inflate as needed. • If tire is pierced by a nail or other sharp object, repair the tire as you would a car tire. If the damage can not be repaired, change tire. Professional Tools and Equipment TXPIT7009 70” PIT BOX HOOK BOLT CONTROL HANDLE CONTROL HANDLE ATTACHMENT Note: Control handle will be affixed in the head with four provided M10x12 Hex Bolts BRAKE UNLOCK BRAKE LOCK The bolt stick upward, the hook is off the bolt, The bolt stick downward against the outside of the handle, so the handle is able to move. With the brake off, the cart can be moved. the hook catch the bolt, so the handle is unable to move. 3 With the brake on, the cart is locked.
