Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the reputed experienced authorized
suppliers/tenderers. The agency should also have PAN, VAT registration, up to date P,Tax &
credentials not more than 5 years older for Repairing & renovation work of Kirtonkhola
electric crematorium mentioned here in annexureA.
For all items the rate must be quoted in bofh figures & words inclusive of all taxes &
duties & delivery at site.
The quotationer should submit the quotations along with all documents latest by
7709.201,5 up to 2.00 PM and opened on the same date after 2.30 PM in the presence of the
quotationer.
The Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept / cancel any o4 all quotation
without assigning any reasons what so-ever.

Successful quotationer must submitted 2%o earnest money of total amount as quoted before
receiving the work order otherwise the work order rejected by the authority,

Repairing job need to be done of our Kirtonkhola Electric Crematorium at Ward
No. B under Baruipur Municipality as follows:
1. Dismantling & removing of aII damage fire bricks & rubbishes from furnace
chamber. Cleaning inside the furnace chamber.
2. Supply of following fire bricks:
a) Roast Bricks - 15 nos
b) Ash collection bricks${K 16 to MK 24)"- 9 nos
c) MK 100 - 4 nos
d) MK 101 - 4 nos
e) MK 27 - 20 nos

3. Relining of fire bricks as per Original condition.
4. Cleaning offuel duct passage, thorough cleaning of duct ash laying for carbon
particles from the furnace chamber.
5. Cleaning, greasing & checking the major parts of Charging trolley & furnace
gate,
6. Replacement of Radiant Tube with new one including connection as required.
7. Supply & fixing 80 Amp 4 pole Siemens make contractor. The contractor to be
connected with suitable size copper cable & socketing.
8. Supply & fixing 200 Amp Copper bus bar.
9. Through repairing of the existing blower & mortar set by taking out from its
foundation & re-setting the same after repairing.
a) The S.S. Impiliar of the blower set to be repaired - 2 sets
b) The S.S. shaft of blower were to be newly made - 2 nos
c) The bearing with bearing socket were to be newly made - 2 sets
d) The blower & motor set were to be set on 5' x 2.5" thick angel from & the same
is to be installed on Cement Concrete QVI-20) base with 18" x 518" 9 nos bolts.
