WORLD TRADE CENTER SEATTLE PRESENTS: DELILLE CELLARS LEGACY WINEMAKER DINNER HOSTED BY DELILLE CELLARS THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2015 | 6:00PM TO 9:00PM FEATURING CEO AND CO-FOUNDER GREG LILL, EXECUTIVE WINEMAKER AND CO-FOUNDER CHRIS UPCHURCH, AND WINEMAKER JASON GORSKI For the first time ever, five amazing winemakers, all apprenticed under the nationally renowned executive winemaker, Chris Upchurch from DeLille Cellars, will come together with their mentor for the DeLille Cellars Legacy Winemaker Dinner featuring a six-course dinner and all six winemakers. DeLille Cellars, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most respected and beloved wineries, has been creating award-winning, artisan wines for over 22 years. DeLille Cellars was honored to recently be nominated as Winery of the Year 2014 from over 8000 wineries in the United States by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. The Seattle Times named DeLille Cellars 2011 Four Flags as Wine of the Year in their 2014 Top 50 Wines of the Pacific Northwest, beating out 5000 other wines from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and British Columbia. Last October, DeLille Cellars was privileged to also have its wines requested at the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation Awards. In just the last three years, DeLille Cellars has had over 20 wines that boast a 91 point or higher rating from Robert Parker. Since the beginning, celebrated executive winemaker Chris Upchurch has been at the helm of DeLille Cellars’ winemaking dynasty. Under his guidance, Chris has created opportunities for numerous apprentice winemakers, including the five represented at this event. In recent years, four of these winemakers have stepped out to start their own wineries and now are showcasing their own amazing wines at this dinner. Come join us as we taste, sip and savor some of the best wines in Washington State!
