Students who are registered in a class qualifying course and receive the BOG fee waiver are eligible to participate in the Textbook Lending Program. ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) Phone Extension: 319 Located: Office E102 LTCC offers noncredit courses for English as a second language to students in a series of sequential courses, ranging from Low Beginning through Advanced levels of English proficiency. The classes are free to all students, there are no restrictions on residency.
